Not much variety on the floor, most of the furniture looked like it had been there quite a while. I was only greeted after i walked the entire floor and was on my way out the door.

Had a great experience here with Rosa. We purchased a few things. She was so helpful and sweet. The furniture is great quality. Lots of inventory. Clean and beautiful showroom.Delivery was on time and quick. They put everything together for me. I highly recommend shopping here. We will return again soon.

thieves straight up thieves bought a sofa a year ago and had waranty i have no kids or pets and the furniture is peeling they tell me they dont have the material to fix it but can offer 50% credit to use in store half of what i payed but they will pick up the old sofa how do i win there? sad companys like badcock take advantage of low income people i would not recommend this store never the prey on us you guys just robbed me karma to the owners will bite u

The service and prices was great as usual l. I been purchasing furniture from badcocm for over 10 yrs. Sales man Jim at the cherry road location was very patient and helpful.

They are not punctual with deliveries. The after-sales service is not good. I bought a piece of furniture and they told me that it would arrive in a few days, which never happened, when I called they gave me another date and the same thing was repeated with the new date. In the end, we had to cancel the purchase. I recommend looking for other options in other places.
