A new found level of disrespect.In my mind BR was a respectable brand that’s been around for decades. I was shocked when the cashier assertively told me to « pop in your phone number » as if I had no choice. It is rude to collect private information and even more so when it’s done this way. If you read this, Please do not simply follow along and say it when you don’t agree with a commercial practice. It’s not acceptable to assertively tell someone to « pop in » their phone number during the checkout. You need to ask for permission.

Terrible customer service! They forgot to take off a security tag. This is an honest mistake and those happen. However the only solution they offered was to drive 3 hours back to the store. When pressed about sending it in they said I could call customer service and they would send me a box. Customer service told me this wasn’t possible because it was purchased in store. When I asked if a Closer Gap store might be able to remove the tag they said I could try but refused to help in any way. Mistakes happen. Not helping to resolve the mistake is terrible customer service.

Well organized and clean store. Staff members are friendly and available. Very good selection for men. Alot of sale items and very well worth the money for the quality of this brand. Great fitting clothing. BR is one of my favorites.

I was trying to enjoy my Saturday off with my family and friends at the outlets. My mom wanted to look inside this store for a new outfit. My friends and I were standing outside the fitting room waiting for her to come back out to show us the pants she was trying on. An employee, who's name I unfortunately do not know, but was a short woman with a badly dyed blonde hair job pulled back in a braid approached us. She walked by us the first time without saying a word but gave us all a weary look. When she walked by again she asked if we needed help and we responded that we were waiting for someone who was in the dressing room. She did this several times before walking into the dressing room and standing there. Another employee suddenly appeared in the fitting room when the woman who had been eyeing her up and down mumbled under her breath "these girls standing there said they were waiting for someone in the dressing room but I thought they were going to jump you". I was so confused and shocked as to why this would even come out of her mouth because ????? After my mom came out of the dressing room to show us the pants she tried on, the rude woman was still there and finally realized that we were in fact waiting for someone and not trying to JUMP SOMEONE????? My mom then walked back into the dressing room to change back into her clothes when the employee came back. She then began asking us personal questions as to how long we lived here and if we were all related and how we met? It made all of us extremely uncomfortable because clearly she had some sort of issue with us simply standing there in silence. She was so rude that we simply left the store and waiting outside for my mom who did not purchase the pants she would've gotten if the employee had not been so passive aggressive towards us for no reason. This is my first time in this store and it will definitely be my last. Hopefully you can identify who this associate is and have a conversation with her about customer service and how not to make customers uncomfortable for no reason.

I stopped by the West Palm Beach outlet store today, with a specific look in mind, for an upcoming event and was greeted by a very passive/ aggressive “fashion consultant”, who did NOT LISTEN but wanted to tell me what would look good!!! What happened to the “customer always being right”???!!! After several exchanges, I walked away empty handed, only to come home and order things on-line.
