I took my cat because it had a bite from another animal and I assumed it needed immediate attention. After they reviewed it, they gave me an estimate of $2000 that included SURGERY, XRAYS, AND ANTIBIOTICS. Since I couldn't afford it, I decided to take him to another veterinarian and get a second opinion. The other vet just gave me some cream and told me it was nothing serious. It seems horrible to me that to get money from people they are able to include things that are not necessary including A SURGERY WITH ANESTHESIA that could endanger my cat's life. A veterinarian who studied to save animals doing everything he shouldn't just to STEAL and SCAM people? They care more about money than the health of the animals. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS THERE, the only thing they are interested in is scamming people. It's a shame that these people can care for animals and do anything to them for a little more money. I went to the one in Palm Beach Outlets.

I am so thankful for this location in specfic. Dr. Pena is so kind and thorough. All of the techs and vets are all such nice people and I trust them with my cats livelihood. My cat has anxiety and they do his routines flawlessly. This is the only animal hospital/vet that I dont worry when he is taken into the back. Thank you, all of you.

I love Banfield and the convenience and the service you get. If you cannot get in you can go to any of the other Banfield Pet Hospitals in the area. Never a wait time and that is important.

Love that we changed our vet to Banfield it was the best move. Everyone is kind and very helpful. Our fur babies are in great hands when we are there.

All of the staff are excellent! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They give great care to our pet. We were met with a friendly face and on time appointment. They took their time and made sure that they answered all of our questions! I would highly recommend this location!!

Probably the most incompetent people I've ever met in my entire life. My dog was there 2 weeks ago for a check up and left with kennel cough. Unfortunately i was leaving for vacation the next day and had no one able to take her in. When i got back and took her to the vet, they said it was my fault because they couldn't pinpoint it(like i was lying about where my dog had been.)and that i was responsible to pay for the medicine. It wouldn't have been a problem if she got sick somewhere i took her but i took her to the vet and that's where she got it. Unfortunately for me i recently signed back up for their wellness trash plan and i called to cancel it and it was going to cost me 800$ because of her initial app (when she got sick) and then for the check up on her kennel cough. DO NOT waste your time with this vet and their people. Not worth the headache at all. This was the West Palm Beach location in the outlet mall.

Worst place EVER. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. All they care about is money. I took my three dog and they came back with fleas. I have called many times and left a message asking to talk to the manager never received a call back. I am extremely upset. I have asked them to cancel my subscription many times and they said it will be cancelled but I’m still being charge. Then i find out they have a special number to call to cancel. Why was this not mention months again when i asked to cancel in the first place. The vet herself is RUDE and talks down to you.

Coming to this Banfield location truly makes me happy, from the front desk girls, to Caitlin the office manager, Stephanie, Luis, Annette are always amazing with my dog Macho. We have been coming here for 8 years and they treat us like family, we always get treated great and leave with my dog feeling so much better. I wouldn't trade them for anyone in the world!

They have gotten to corporate to care for your pet it's all about the money and how they can get more of it. Have the nurse tell me that because they have not seen my dogs at there location I need to pay for an exam then I can get their flee and tick treatment. To get told they need to do a test on both of my dogs for an extra 100+ bucks. They tell you one thing then add more to it.

I took my dog in on 12/21 with symptoms of scratching her ears a lot, she was diagnosed with an ear infection and skin irritation. They prescribed antibiotics and a special shampoo for skin irritation. The bill was $200 even though I have insurance that I pay monthly. They asked me to bring her back on January 7 for a follow up. Upon arrival, the nurse asked me, “How's Bailey's ears doing?” Which shows that she was aware of the diagnosis. At the end of the day, when I picked up my pet, they gave me a new bill for $180. When asked what the new bill is due to, they told me that they did an ear cytology and they found that my pet has an ear infection. Wait!! Really?? You just founded it?? New cytology? what was it then that you did last week? From then on the girl at the counter was totally incongruent, each answer was more ambiguous than the other, excuses after excuses. She told me that last time my pet was only treated for the skin, that there was nothing else documented, so why did the nurse ask me how my pet’s ear was when I arrived? She told me the antibiotics from last time were for skin irritation and she tried, in a very condescending way, to convince me that there were antibiotics for every part of a dog's body. Surprise! The antibiotic prescribed on this second visit is exactly the same as last time. If this is supposed to be a "follow-up" visit, why they charged me for a new diagnosis to conclude exactly the same as last time? The staff have a totally lack of empathy and sensitivity. For them, a pet is like a shoe sole. There is no knowledge whatsoever. No doctor come out to talk to me or give me an explanation of my pet's diagnosis. No manager around. For them it was all about paying the bill. It is very, very sad and disappointing that in a pet clinic, the staff sees patients as just another bill to collect. At this point, I'm not upset nor mad at all. I’m extremely sad and regret of entrusted my pet's health to people as unscrupulous, irresponsible, unprofessional, insensitive and rude as this place. I do not recommend at all.
