Went there to take care of an account belonging to an estate I am administering. Brought all documents they told me to bring. Two months later, and after providing additional documents they keep coming up with for me to bring in, Bank of America is STILL holding the money and giving me the run around. At this branch, the woman who is the branch manager was rude and disrespectful to me - even posting a security guard outside her office door in an attempt to intimidate me. The woman who initially helped me was incompetent - which seems to describe each of the nearly dozen or so people I have dealt with at B of A since I started having to deal with them. By the way -- nearly a month later, I started dealing with other financial institutions on behalf of the estate. ALL of the others (mutual fund companies, brokerages, banks, etc.) have provided the money - most on the day that I showed up. AVOID BANK OF AMERICA AT ALL COSTS. AVOID THIS BRANCH IN PARTICULAR.
