This outlet is the real deal! James was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. We were so tired of the traditional brick and mortar retail outlets, where you don't know who or what to trust. We walked into his warehouse and loved its lack of pretensions immediately. It's not a fancy warehouse but enough to allow you try the mattress and then pay a reasonable price for it. We were weary to buy on-line or in Costco without the ability to try the mattress in person. We also found it hard to comparison shop because each stores carries their own models. This was the best of all worlds and James' guidance was an invaluable asset. Delivery, removal of the old bed, and set up were all free. Even if you know precisely what you want, reach out to James and I am sure you will not regret it.
