I placed an order for in-store pickup two days ago, and I have yet to receive any confirmation that my order is ready. The delay is extremely disappointing and has caused me a lot of frustration. Because of this slow and unresponsive process, I will not be ordering online for pickup at this store ever again. The experience fell far short of my expectations.

I have always been a huge fan of this store. And probably I will still be.
However, today, this review it's just to warn to check your bill and # of items. A review did not crossed my mind, but for some gut feeling, my mind won't let me feel it was a mistake.
I was watching the payment machine screen while Rose(the cashier) was ringing the items. Got my attention when i saw doubles a couple of times, and since there was a lot of items on sale, I couldn't really tell since I did not even check the prices before choosing the items. Therefore, since I was kind of in doubt, once I paid, moved over another area of the store: i went and checked the receipt and items: and there it was an extra item. Returned to the counter and now Rose wasn't happy. And i did not like her attitude tbh, which it's kind of suspicious while I'm as nice as I can to bring the error to her knowledge. Hope I'm wrong. But just check your items towards receipts before leaving the store.

The staff in this place is horrible, I used to love this store and the previous staff from a few years ago but now, I stop going because of the mean people they have working there. Also you place an online order for pick up and it doesn’t matter what time you do it it will not be ready the same day, you will have to wait 2 days to get your order.

Visit Sunday to get some freebies that I had pending! Along with other purchases. Girl at the register was Not kind at all.. she was super sarcastic and acted like she didn't understand what I was asking her.
Made faces and all.. didn't feel comfortable with her reaction and will toward it to cooperate.

I was buying 6 different sets of lotion, spray, and bath gel to give as gifts for the holidays.
I asked to put each set in a different bag, and they said they could not give me 6 small bags for the sets!!! they were also mean and dismissive about it. Love the products but some of the staff at this location were mean… Terrible experience.

I came into this store last minute to get some certain items and since they were closing in 10 min , while I was shopping around , I came across a young lady sitting on the trash can talking to her coworker who knows for how long. The store was a mess ,product were all over the place , pieces of paper and trash were on the floor . The other workers were doing their best to make sure the store was organized. I’ve seen the store a mess before because I shop here so many time but I haven’t seen the store so dirty and messy. Once I finished with my shopping, I went to the register and I ask the young lady who was the manager in charge and she told me her name which is Isabella the young lady who was sitting in the trash can in the front of store and she was the manager in charge tonight and she asked me if I wanted me to talk to her I said no thank you and told her you’re doing a great job. This is very unprofessional especially since the workers are doing their best to clean the store and you have a manager who’s not doing her job right and just laying back like she doesn’t care about her employees . One star review would not be coming back to this location. Also Isabella the manager needs to have more training as a manager or needs to be replace by someone who has some work ethic because today her behavior and attitude was very unprofessional especially knowing that the store is a mess and not helping her other coworkers out and sitting her butt on a trash can and just using her AirPods .

Placed an online order. Went to the store to find out why my order isn’t ready, there’s paper signs on the door stating they’re temporary closed. There’s no date or time of when store is reopening. Very Inconsiderate of customers that placed an online orders.

It’s very busy on Sunday when the store offered discount on hand soap and bar soap from $8.95 to $2.95. There are so many options for selecting the fragrances which you are very hard to find in online store!
