I came to this location to make a exchange with receipt girl put my bag in the counter for my exchange pick up what I was going to change and when she took everything from my bag not everything was there before getting out of my car it was two short and one set of bra guess what missing a short . I will change locations .

This is Florida correct? So why is it more cooler outside then inside this place? And this was at night! We have visited her twice and as soon as the doors open the hot air hits you. OMG me and my family could not even walk around in there for 5 minutes. It is incredibly hot in this place. It is a breathing ground to re - jump start COVID. And the crazy thing is no one had on a mask but me and my family. It was so hot that we exit immediately without buying anything. You cannot breathe in this store. Me and my family WILL NOT return back to this location until they fix the ac. It's been broken for about maybe 1 1/2 to 2 months. Ridiculous!
