They are rude, especially the old guy. No seats available because they are filled with cats' hair. And the cats are all over the price. No office-like atmosphere, the place is dull. They are not professionals because as a customer my opinions meant nothing. Things have to be done according to their liking. And don't you dare ask for an estimate if you will not service the car there. They will eat you alive, at least that what happened to me. I waited on my feet while they had breakfast from Starbucks. Because I changed my mind about repairing the car there. And they screw me with the insurance.

These guys are ABSOLUTE LEGENDS! They've been our mechanics for over 14 years, through 4 vehicles and have never let us down! They're honest and take the time to explain the diagnosis, their pricing is always fair. We've moved out of town and still drive back to see them because their services are so trusty and reliable. Don't hesitate to visit them!

Ben’s Auto replaced my fuel pump a year ago and my truck has been running great since! Excellent service and communication, and extremely fair pricing, even a bit of a deal. I only have nice things to say about this shop and its Palestinian owners and workers. Great experience and will go back to them if I need anymore help with my truck.

Best mechanic I’ve found in the area. They do excellent work for the most competitive price. They also diagnose very necessary problems that even the Toyota dealership didn't notice. I believe the shop is comprised of at least 2 generations of talented and honest mechanics and I’m lucky to have stumbled upon them.
