In August of 2023 I had best brakes install new rear brakes pads in my Dodge caravan . 3 days later my rear wheel on the drivers side was making a clanking grinding type sound so I brought it back the mechanic told me it was only a loose cover and he put in back right now in A 1 auto care in hobe sound and they are taking the whole brake assembly apart and putting it back together cost will be $213. Best brakes changed owners about a year ago and this new ownership sucks . Not reliable not competent not truthful

These guys are hands down the most honest and dependable mechanics around. I have taken 4 of my cars to them for general maintenance and a couple complex problems. I was recommended to use this establishment by a good friend. I’m glad I took her recommendation. This place is awesome. They are great on their prices, and don’t price gouge you like other shops. When I picked my car up, I asked if they could change a headlight bulb in my daughters car, and the guys did it with out hesitation. It’s a little out of my way, but I don’t care. I will be going to them for all my automotive needs. 5 stars from me.Services: Air conditioning

I moved out to WPB about 10 years ago and on my search for a shop, found plenty that charged outrageous amounts and I felt tried to take advantage thinking I don't know about cars as a woman. I have never had that experience at Best Brakes. I have taken multiple cars here for many different issues and they always find the problem and are amazing to work with. It puts your mind at ease during a stressful time. Pablo the owner and his whole team are amazing. I won't go anywhere else and always recommend them. Trust your car with them!
