Came in for a simple spoke change on my Rosco after I busted one on my last ride. The staff was friendly, had me checked in, and checked out quickly and the bike done much faster than I’m used to. All this while charging significantly less than a big brand store might. Ill keep coming back when i need any other repairs or service done, good job!

I wanted to get back in the mountain biking so I bought a used mountain bike. Unfortunately it was the wrong size for me. Long story short I ended up getting the right size and the knowledge that was shared to me was priceless. Within minutes I learned things that I had'nt known for years! First time in their store they were so kind to me and guiding me in the right direction when it comes to entering back into the sport. I've never in my life been treated in such a way and they have a customer for life!

Tom and Martha area great. Dads been going there for years, reccomended I have a specialized mountain bike I ordered online shipped there. Tom was very helpful , picked up everything else I needed to get off the road . Left my bike out side absent mindedly ( and stupidly ) while talking to Tom inside, Martha looked out put it behind the fence and proceeded to call it as it is lol. Great energy and good people 10/10

I owe the Bicyclery a review considering I have been consistently going there since 2009. I have never bought a bike from here but I literally do all the services on several of my mountain bikes, road bikes, my families bikes here Tom has upgraded my 2013 Santa Cruz Tallboy LT based on what I wanted over the years from a 29er to 27.5 plus just to name a few of many things. He has fixed road bike hubs, replace worn bottom brackets, convert some of my families bikes to tubeless. The list goes on. I have lived many places and have worked with other bike shops with very good mechanics. Tom is outstanding and he and Marta are so nice and gracious. They know cycling! I moved away from the area and now live 30 min away. I still drive here to get work done that I can't do or have the time to do it. My favorite bike shop in South Florida.

My friend recommended me this place when I moved to Palm Beach and so far, I’m satisfied with the customer service and the reasonable prices. Martha and her husband were very patient with us. I have taken my bicycles for different maintenance needs and as a recurrent customer my suggestion is to give some kind of discount to keep your customers happy. I’m an active duty service member and in other shops they used to give us 10 percent on merchandise. This is only a suggestion, I definitely recommend this shop if you’re in West Palm Beach area.
