Poor customer service, my experience wasn’t pleasant at all, I kept getting the run around. I wasn’t reassured and was basically told to keep calling customer service. Btw I never go to this location I always go the extra mile to thee 45th location (I see why now).

Cell Phone Service is the worst I've ever had!! Only one internet usage is available meaning if you're on the phone line you cannot look up something in maps or say send a text message. Absurd and very inconvenient. Wouldnot recommend their product.

Too money hungry. They tell people they need to buy a "boost phone" if they want the service and dont do activations on unlocked or used phones. (Android w/ clean imei) Kept asking me how much can I spend today instead of asking if I already have a phone. Around the third time he asked for a price range I noticed his "car salesman" like approach and told him I changed my mine and left the store. Wont be doing any shopping here & I hope not all boost retailers are this shady.
