Super awesome spot! My problem ended up being more extensive than he thought so it did take longer than expected but he got my phone working the same day and it didn't break the bank. He was super patient every time I called to check on the status and gave me accurate updates. Moe really is the plug for phone needs and fixes. Good work takes time and he did a wonderful job. He took the time to show me what my problem was when i came to pick up my phone and why my phone wouldn't charge. If I ever have any issues this is where I will bring my device!

If i could give 0 stars i would i took my phone to fix the screen when i got it back the speaker didnt work I took it back to fix the speaker and the screen was popping up not properly installed i was told i could get the screen replaced because it was faulty but because of the improper install it cracked than i was told i had to pay for the new screen which i did and again the speaker was messed up again then i was told that it was broken when it was working just fine before i brought it in this place is a scam ive brought many phones there and everytime its always an issue

My 6 year old son’s 9th Generation IPAD screen was shattered last night … I called around this morning and received ridiculous pricing and stores that had odd hours.
I called this store - I was there in 8 minutes - received awesome customer service - I was able to leave the device there and pick it up after work.
I was also advised on how long we should wait before using the device as it’s an older model and the button on the touchscreen does take time to set appropriately with a new screen attached.
While I appreciate the minimum of 2 hours needed to repair the device - I let the Tech know I would not be returning for several hours - they close at 8 PM - they have fantastic hours and why not give them the time that it really takes to repair these devices.
They have a wide variety of screen protectors and cases that are 1/2 the cost of the typical name brand industry giants.
I could not have had a better experience - and they provide a 90 day warranty for all repairs.
