Wish I could leave zero stars . Too many red flags . First i left my tablet and they did not want to give me a confirmation or receipt to pick up my tablet. I didn’t leave until I was provided one being that I didnt want anyone stealing my tablet . They asked for a $20 deposit in order to have it ready next day . They never called me next day ( I had to call) and they mentioned it would take a couple days before it was ready . They mentioned that fixing the tablet wasn’t the original price they mentioned at time I dropped it off (which they also put on the receipt ) and raised the price by $10 and weren’t willing to honor the original price (THEIR mistake ). I decided to not go through with it and picked up my tablet . Found a better price $50 cheaper at ifix . DO NOT BRING OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE .

I know Sam for over 10 years now and his cool person. Work wise it’s the worst. Got my laptop fixed and it took a week. I got no response for a week until Sam called me and told me that the part was coming which is understandable. But the next day my battery got damaged. Called them up and no response at all. I had to take to another technician and now I’m buying a new laptop. Lesson learn take it back to the original manufacturer because people are out here doing what ever they want. Of course Boost Mobile is not the best place to take your laptop but I got recommended and it turn out to be the worst.

These people are the most irresponsible group I have ever dealt with. They're bouncing all over the place with their other outlets, not keeping track of what one has started and what is needed to do the job and completing what they start after many pleading. They work with TONS of phones and you would think they have access to a phone in order to return phone calls. Almost ZERO communication, almost no explanation of what's going on and totally inept with what is going on. Useless.

On my last visit the repair shop stole my iPhone, name of repair technician “Sam”. Since then the store owner wrote on my review claiming to “promptly look into it” that was a lie. I have been greatly wronged by this company and they deserve a lawsuit for the operation they run.

Do NOT come here. The owner here refused to give my account number for my son to transfer to cell service from Boost since his college didn't have good coverage for Boost in case he had an emergency. The owner ordered me out of the store and threatened to call the police for simply for my son's account number so he could transfer to Verizon for his own safety for 911 service.I've reported this owner to Boost corporate and their legal counsel to fine him as a franchise owner. His business is a fraud and he needs to be shut down.

Store supposed to be open since 9:30 its almost 10:30 and noone has opened the store yet. (Southern blvd location)
