Do not have no package delivery to this store my package was delivered I had to call ups to file a report then my number was blocked so I couldn’t call just rude I wouldn’t do any business with this store!!! My husband went there as well he had to wait a long time to ask if the package was there I will be calling ups …if you don’t want people packages coming there you should drop the service so customers won’t have to go through the rudeness !!

This place needs more staff. Have people waiting around without even being acknowledged. The girl in the store did not even acknowledge any of us . She stood there on the computer with a phone . Not once looked at us not once said hi I will be with you shortly . Two of us walked out of the store . Everyone seemed so frustrated. Management need to get more staff and provide better customer service .

I had virgin mobile for about 10 years. now that its switched to boost I keep missing calls, like 3 or 4 a day. the missed calls show up in the call list usually the next day.I'm switching to verison.

Went there store says it opens at 9 but when i went there she said she gotta do inventory so i had to wait a whole hour. To open at 10. Waited 1hour and 20 minutes just for inventory 12/15/2020.

I came here to pick up a package that UPS sent there because apparently this location is a UPS drop location. It took THREE days to receive my package becsuse every time I went to the store, there would be A customer in the store, and instead of using their discretion to say to the customer, that is there trying to select a phone and get it activated, to hold on one moment while I give this other customer his package..... the staff instead makes one wait until the process is complete. Today I didn't feel like leaving as it is a weekend and I had more time so I waited 17 minutes 54 seconds to pick up a box. I start the timer on my phone not the moment I walked in the door but the moment I conveyed to the staff that I was here to pick up a package from UPS, when it was my turn, I took less than one minute. LITERALLY! I was the only person in the store picking up a package the other customer was a family of four two adults two children I don't see why they couldn't simply have been told to hold on one second while you look at the phones instead they were hell bent on talking into the phone crappy little Boost Mobile phones which none of the displays work by the way I had time to browse. The iPhone 8 is relatively new in all three displays are either broken or have been completely discharged. Today is Sunday December 17th 2017. I attempted to pick up his package on Friday the gentleman there was rude that morning and insisted that I wait for him to help a customer activate a new phone. it's not his fault that I was on my way to work, however, as the manager one would expect more from him. I am going to call UPS and tell them not to send my packages there ever again, being as though I order stuff on Amazon almost weekly, and I will not be repeating this experience on a weekly basis.

If 0 Stars could be given it would be 0. The people there are very unfriendly and it does not even look like a business and also looks unsafe inside and out. I went to pick up a package and the people were very rude. Do not send anyone you know to this store hopefully a new store will replace it.

I was there on 11/18/15. The guy that helped me, was very professional and greeted me the monent I walked in the door. He had me in and out and set up in less than 15 mins. I was with Metro Pcs and ever since Tmobile took them over their service started to suck. I hardly had one to two bars on my phone at home. I switched to boostmobile and have full bars in my house and the internet is about 10 times faster than I got with Metro Pcs for the same price.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STORE AND SERVICE IS GREAT!! I have had Boost Mobile for almost 2 years now and travel all over the US for my job, yet I have NEVER been to a place that does not have service. Since I always fly out of Palm Beach Int'l Airport, this is my Boost store of choice. I have been coming here ever since the new owner "Matt" has owned it and he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the employees are very experienced and are always willing to help. If you want top notch service and expertise along with awesome prices, this is DEFINITELY the place to go!
