I bought a screen protector for a new phone and the guy grabbed the closest one to his hand and it was smaller than the screen and told me it was the Wright size and he lie to make the sale cause when I compared it to the one I needed replaced the one he told me was the Wright one was much smaller he lies to make a sale be carefull

Alex and his Sister were so nice. He charged me a really decent price to replace my screen on my phone. Everyone else wanted $225-$300. He charged me $150. They fixed my screen in about an hour on a saturday. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to them. It's in the Plaza on Okeechobee Boulevard where Royal Subs is across from the turnpike

The have the most incompetent employees. Went to get a SIM card installed. Got home and opened the phone up and there was no SIM card. Just a theft of my money. Absolute worst, just switch providers.

I got a $250 phone for $90. They have great deals and amazing customer service. The people who work here will do their best to keep their customers satisfied. If you're looking for honest and helpful people try out this location.

DO NOT SHOP HERE this place is a TOTAL scam. Every single unlocked phone I have gotten from there (4 different iPhones) has broken in 3 months or less due to an internal problem (mostly the battery). The incompetent girl working the front will take hours just to tell you she can’t figure out why she can’t fix it, offers to sell you another phone, and the cycle continues. It is very obvious they sell bogus phones that are not designed to last. I was also charged extra on a few of my bills because the people working at this place kept making errors in the contract (probably hoping I wouldn’t notice). I ended my contract with them and haven’t stepped foot in there in 4 months, however a friend of mine just fell for this exact scam recently, so clearly they haven’t changed anything. DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
