This will be a long review -- In January 2023 I bought a 2021 Genesis GV80 from their used car dealer. Everything started off great, my test drive was about one to two miles, to my fault, during the test drive I was paying more attention to the features of the car not necessarily how it was driving on the short trip. I end up purchasing the car, on the way home I start to notice the vehicle pulling to the right significantly. I called them immediately and the salesman said to bring it back, which I did. After a trip to their mechanic and several hours he couldn't fix it. The next day I dropped the vehicle off at Genesis for several more hours, they call and say, it's fixed come pick it up. I pick it up and it's still pulling significantly to the right. I drove straight to Braman and spoke with Michael Morganstein I asked him to drive the car which he did and he agreed the car pulled hard to the right. I then had to bring the car back to Genesis for them to ultimately say that "this is normal." I reached out to a friend of mine who works at Braman Miami and told him about the ordeal, he agreed to meet me and drive the car. He also said no way it should drive like this, and told me to bring him the car to Braman Miami. It took 3 months to fix the vehicle, Braman Miami was great in resolving the issue. After 1-1/2 months I called Braman WPB and asked if there is anything they can do to compensate me for not having my vehicle, they sent me a check for my first payment. Over the past 1-1/2 months I called Michael Morganstein and left several messages for him to call me, which he never responded. Since then I've made two other payments on the vehicle all while it was in the shop being repaired. You would think they would compensate me for the other two payments I've made during this time, but no, I got a "we can detail it for you" response. No thanks I'll detail the faulty car you sold me myself, avoid the used car dealer at Braman WPB, they don't stand behind the products they're selling. It will be my first and last purchase from Braman West Palm Beach.

I visited the Bentley showroom today. The cars are beautiful but with 3 salesman in the showroom and me being the only customer -not one salesman greeted me or came over to see what I wanted. Then I went next store to the Mini dealership- both are Braham and within a minute a nice salesman came over. What's up with the Bentley salesman?

I was able to locate my dream “ultimate driving machine” at your dealership and the process was made incredibly easy. I am thankful for the excellent communication and service I received. Do not use. Bought a Yukon that had not gone through detail yet from them on a Wednesday. I told the salesman the only way I would buy it is if he could have it ready for me buy Friday. He told me he would probably have it delivered to me on Thursday but for sure by Friday. Friday at 10:00am he tells me they will have it to me between 12:00-1:00pm. At 12:45 he calls me and says they are waiting on a part and it won't be in for three more days. So to recap they lied to me about the availability to get the sale. Then lied to me again on the day they were supposed to deliver never having actual found out what it would take. I spent 60k on a truck that several days later I don't have and they never offered me a loner or anything. I would have gone to someone else had I know that they would need almost a week to actually get me the vehicle I test drove.

We made a reservation for a van of 6 passengers on June 7 with the assistant manager Kyler Stephanie. then secondly in the office we showed up today 19 of June to pick up the van To pick up our arriving guest at the airport and we're told they have no van , the representative made no effort no make calls to find one in another dealers really disappointed we will no longer do business with Braman enterprises.

Received a phone call that my service was finished at 4:14 PM asked if they could have the car ready for me when I got there, It took me 15 minutes to get here and as I am writing this review at 5:15 PM my car is still not here. I was just told that they could not find my car? What kind of dealership is This? I was a Bramen customer for about 18 years and this last car I leased from Fort Pierce, they are way more on the ball and I will be purchasing my next car from them also. ithis solidifies it.

If you want to be ripped off BIG TIME, take your car to Braman, whether it's a Mini, BMW, Bentley or other brand. They will attempt to take you to the cleaners. They quoted me $300 in labor to replace a tail lamp on my Mini, and I got it done for $40 elsewhere. They have now quoted me $973 to replace a small plastic visor clip!!!! And over $4,000 to replace a valve gasket (typical cost is $120). Their practices should be a violation of some law. I've had it with them, and will no longer do business with them.

I've posted very few negative reviews in my life but if I lived in South FL, I literally wouldn't buy a BMW if I had to go to this dealership. I'm ok with mistakes as they happen to everyone. What I'm not ok with is a lack of compassion or concern with handling the mistakes. I purchased a 2018 M4 certified pre-owned...flew down and drove it back to Nashville. Apparently Braman doesn't follow CPO guidelines as the navigation didn't work and the software reboots multiple times per drive. The rear passenger wheel had a scuff also. BMW will take care of the software but I've had to open a case with the manufacture to have a tech come and go through the car to see if there are any other issues. I gave the GM of the pre-owned cars a chance to make it right and after a week, multiple emails and texts, he didn't follow through on his end and essentially ignored me. I'm amazed BMW let's them sell their product as they tarnish the brand and offer exceptionally poor service. To be fair, the sales rep was great (Chris) and very responsive (even after the sale) and the gentleman that runs the parts counter was also exceptional. They have some great people that really care but they need to get their execution to a higher level and focus on service as that will ultimately increase their sales. Like many organizations, either a lack of concern or drive to make the short sale drives the culture. I hope they take care of their local customers better than the out of state buyers. BMW also needs to hold their dealerships accountable especially with program compliance.

I’m so glad I purchased my BMW from Braman. I worked with Mario in sales and couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone there was great to deal with and I’m enjoying my car so much!
