I've purchased a lot of cars in my life, but I have to say the buying experience I had with Braman was top notch! In full disclosure - my salesperson, Alex, is also my son, but don't let that sway you! My car was custom built/ordered and arrived at the dealership from factory 2weeks earlier than promised. I live in NY and the purchasing experience couldn't have been any easier - every person at the dealership I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful (its complicated selling and buying from 1,400 miles away!). They handled it like it was absolutely nothing, and it is nothing for them because they have the process down to a science! I have friends from other states that have and will buy from Braman in the future. Give them a call - you won't be disappointed. And go see Alex for your next purchase!

Called on Friday of last week and was informed the 2023 pre-owned X5 car I was interested in, and that was showing online, was sold. This morning, the same dealership and guy who dealt with me on Friday called ME up to say car hadn’t been sold after all and asked if I was still interested which I 100% was. I asked for car to be put on hold for 24 hours whilst we agreed numbers and so I could drive up to Palm Beach (I am an hour away) to complete transaction and the guy (Alex) said he would. I Sent VIN of my trade vehicle, pictures of car, mileage, pay off. Received finance numbers with car appraised by a manager about 30 mins later and then I asked for a balloon quote.After a delay of about another half an hour then was told car was in process of being sold. Very poor indeed to promise to hold a vehicle for a customer, go through the motions of financing and then completely go back on your word and sell the vehicle behind your back to someone else and then try and make out it was already in the process of being sold when it clearly wasn’t when they called ME first thing in the morning. Pure lies, that even the manager is in on, and no trust at all in this place. 1 star is being generous. Stay away as not at all customer service focused and cannot be trusted, clearly ??

This is now my second time purchasing a vehicle from Braman BMW WPB in less than a year and I am sure it will not be my last. Once again, Nicole worked with me for a few weeks via text, email, and phone while I sorted out what I wanted. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and has a great ear to listen and then give advice. I think she does a fabulous job of helping the customer work through the process and make the right decision for them. It’s nice to feel like we have a friend in the car business.I also want to thank Pattel Witter in Finance for a smooth process and getting the exact extras I wanted to add to the contract.

We bought a used car a few weeks ago and had a great experience. We worked with steffon and he was very straight forward with us. There was so hassle or gimmicks or fake mark ups to then mark down. It was again, very straightforward which is how I like to do business. I felt like we got exactly what we wanted for the price I wanted to spend. The whole dealership is massive and well maintained and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

I went to Braman BMW West Palm Beach and the customer service was top notch with every single encounter. I want to say a big thank you especially to Isaac my sales person. He was very professional and very patient. We went to test drive a few cars and I never felt pressured. He made sure we had refreshments and tried to answer all our questions. I would buy another car from Isaac. He is so pleasant and accommodating.

Awful service ?? We made an appointment with Alex to look at a car. He didn’t know anything about the car, specs, details, nothing. And his answer was “I don’t know” “I don’t know that either” “I just got the car ten days ago”. Instead of looking it up or saying something like “let me look into it” or “great question, I’ll get back to you”. He didn’t make any comments about the car while we were test driving it either. Then when we went inside, his boss was even worse. Super, super aggressive, extremely lowball offer on our car. And just a yucky negative energy around him and his approach. He even gave us his card, Director of Pre-Owned Sales, Michael Morganstein, and promised to get back to us with a better offer, in s he heard back from another department. But it’s been more than a week and we haven’t heard from him or from Alex. Would not recommend it ?????????

My wife has serviced our X2 here always. Technically, we bought the car here, but they have always taken care of us. They are prompt. They are detail-oriented. Are they expensive? Well, you buy a BMW, there you go. But the service and transparency is on, and we always have a loaner when it takes a few days to repair. Huzzah.

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF COME HERE, oil change for an M2 BMW is $450.00 and everywhere else $130-$250, Braman BMW Jupiter charges $204 for the same oil, same car… it’s just disgusting, I can’t believe there are people like this. Only because of the location?? What is it? How do you not feel embarrassed… I don’t understand how can you have 2 Braman around the same are up charging double..Now, we found a scratch at the front of the car. The car was taken back home yesterday after the service was done at this horrible place and didn’t think to check.I was not going to post about this because they matched the Braman at Jupiter price, only because I complained but I would not like this to happen to anyone else that cares and loves their car as much as I do, I’m a car enthusiast and this is just unacceptable.Please be aware of this location, I will not be taking any of my cars here.

Horrible! The entire staff just does not want to work. Me and another patron waited over 2 hours to be assisted. You read that right! Assisted. If we wouldn't have walked up to check on the status, I assume we would've waited there for a few more hours. I saw service advisors on their phones, doing nothing! Ridiculous to be completely honest, this type of staff is what you'd expect from a banana store. The customer waiting area is also very unpleasant and needs improvement. My car is a X7 and they loaned me a Ford I would rather drive a little further for better service than come back. You can do better Braman! Why not extend your Rolls Royce service over to all other brands across your dealerships?

Awesome experience. Quick and super easy. Tim Mcleod great sales guy and was very helpful in explaining everything and getting me into what I wanted. Sold me once I saw the car I liked. Would recommend seeing him for next purchase. Went there to just browse and walked out with a car same day.
