My family and I recently moved into a newly built home, and decided to go to BrandsMart to get the best deal on our appliances. Our experience at the store was pleasant, but everything that followed was a disaster.When we purchased the appliances, we requested that the delivery people use extreme caution because the kitchen had sheet vinyl flooring and the builder warned us not to drag anything on it because it could rip. Our saleslady supposedly left a note in our delivery paperwork, and we awaited the delivery of our brand new appliances.On delivery day, two gentlemen showed up in a truck with all of our appliances. We gave them the same information that we had given our saleslady - to please be careful with our flooring. After the appliances were installed, I tipped the delivery men and thanked them for their work. When I went back inside the house, there was a large pile of trash on the floor that they had left behind. Underneath the pile was a huge tear in our flooring, which can only be fixed by replacing the entire kitchen floor. While inspecting our refrigerator, we also found that they had chipped our brand new countertop because they slammed the refrigerator into it. We contacted their corporate office the same day - to no avail. They told us to email pictures to their logistics team, and that we'd hear back in 5-8 business days (FYI, we still haven't heard anything). When I reached out to our saleslady (who told us to call if we had any issues) - she essentially gave us the same, pre-written script to contact corporate. When I told her we had already done that, she rushed me off of the phone before I could get another word out. Extremely disappointing given the amount of money that was spent on our appliances...Our appliances are nice, but the experience we had overshadowed the joy of having nice, new appliances. Out of all of the delivery people we had from different companies, BrandsMart's delivery team was the worst, and I highly doubt we'll ever be sending business their way again. Buyers be warned!

Manager WAYNE HENSON is a rude man that likes to speak over women and not let them speak. I had an issue and he wouldn’t even hear the reason I was upset. He just hung up on me.

The uttermost worst experience ever! I’ve been trying from January to have my brand new sectional replaced and the customer service department literally gives the run around. I will never shop there again or even recommend it based on deplorable customer service . The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!

Took my online order and confirmed delivery. They never showed up or called me after numerous texts stating they were delivering better 3-6. I called at 6:15 and they left me on hold and never came back on or called me back. I checked the product page and the item was sold out now. Waiting for my credit as they already billed my credit card.Stay away from these people. Seems like a scam business now.

I came in about 40 minutes before they closed for a MacBook and ended up leaving with nothing because I wasn’t offered any help and when the guy finally “helped” me he told me to come back tomorrow about 4 minutes until they were about to close waste of time I will just stick with Best Buy.
