Horrible service. We ordered a dryer and it got confirmed. They let me know they would be coming Monday around 1-4pm. I stayed home from work to receive it, mind you it was not a cheap dryer. I get a call at 230pm from the driver stating he will only be delivering the accessories because the dryer is out of stock. I said when will it be delivered then? And he said he has no idea. I asked for a refund and he said I need to contact costumer service. I have been on hold for over an hour with customer service .... It's ridiculous

I recently had an issue with a damaged washer and dryer purchased from Brandsmart, which led me to seek help directly at the West Palm Beach location. This is where I had the pleasure of interacting with the General Manager, Andre Azam. From the onset, Andre demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. He attentively listened to my concerns, a quality that is rare and valuable in customer relations. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue with Samsung and Brandsmart, it was only after meeting with Andre that I felt my concerns were genuinely being addressed. Andre went above and beyond to find a solution. Although we couldn't get the same washer and dryer model, he resourcefully managed to secure a similar pair from another brand. What impressed me most was his commitment to follow-up. He consistently kept me informed about the status of my order, timelines, and handled all additional fees and queries with utmost professionalism. His actions not only solved my immediate problem but also reinstated my faith in Brandsmart's customer service. Having been a customer since 2017, primarily for my real estate investment properties, this experience was particularly significant. It elevated my perception of being a valued customer, a sentiment that was unfortunately missing in my initial interaction with the sales team. In conclusion, Andre Azam is not just an asset to the Brandsmart store but a phenomenal manager who truly advocates for his clients. His dedication and customer-first approach are commendable and deserve recognition. Thank you, Andre, for turning a challenging situation into a positive and memorable customer experience.

This has to be the worst company ever for customer service. We bought all new appliances 4 years ago. After 2 years we had problems with the refrigerator they came and replaced 2 parts, the compressor and a motor. And six months ago we had trouble again and the refrigerator is still not working at the beginning they replace the compressor they put in 2 circuit boards. They replaced a fan motor. Now they say it's the condenser motor and it's been on order for over a month I call them 2 to 3 times a week and every time they tell me they will check into it and someone will call me back within 24 hours I have never got a callback. About two weeks ago. I called Aaron's service department which they are part of Brands Mart now I've called him three times every time they tell me they're emailing the district manager for Florida and Georgia over Brands Mart and Aaron and I will get a call back within 24 hours. I have never received a call back with them either. I had to pay for the circuitboard and the fan motor which total was over $500 and no one seems to care about that. I don't think Aarons is any better than Brands Mart for sure. It's come to the point where I have to call another appliance company. I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

I had a very unhappy ? experience at this place on 9/19/23. My husband and I were shopping ?️ for a pot n pan set for our kitchen. Our original pots n pans were old and needed replacing. BrandSmart came to mind because we do most of our home good shopping from there. But this day it wasn't happening. We saw our pot set and a few more items. How ever we approached the cashier to pay for our items and she said they no longer take our credit card at this location. But when I looked it up on line. It had Brand Smart listed as one of the Top retailer's who do except our card. So luckily I had the cash. And we went on our way. I got back home to let my credit card company know that Brand Smart no longer excepts our credit card at their store. The card company said. Thank you for telling us. But this is new news to us. We will not be going back.

We bought a commercial washingmachine that stopped spinning after 2 year.Scheduled appointment for repair said they would be there between 3 and 7.After waiting 4 hours..no one called or showed up.Go to Best Buy.. much much better

Bought security cameras RECOMMENDED BY THEIR SALESMEN over the weekend . Went to return them later that day , because they will not work with our current lorex system and was Told we would be charged a 20 % restocking fee for returning them later that day !?! . After shopping here in palm beach and their miami and broward store for OVER 30 years and never having to return anything . I will never ever again spend a dime here again !

First time visiting this establishment. It reminds me of a Best Buy warehouse. There are some great deals and customer service was great from all departments we visited. I will be revisiting.

Worst ever!! The delivery men did not speaking one word of English, left a huge mess, took hours and didn’t even make sure the machine worked before they went. The store manager John Wayne greeted me not by saying hi or how May I help you but instead Mr. Wayne said “nice dress”. Mark Jason was very pushy, lacked customer service skills and keeps very short hours. the cherry ? n the top was receiving a washer/dryer that didn’t work, and finally told delivery will be on one date and coming on another…. Worst experience eeeeeeevvvvvveeeeerrere.

The only reason I’m giving 5 starts is for the manager Slim. I went here to purchase a tv and was attempting to load in into my cart and Slim came right over and picked it up and put it on the cart for me, while the sales/ commission earning persons didn’t even acknowledge me. I went to the register and after check out Slim offered to carry it to my vehicle and he also put it in for me. Great guy.

I called the Brandsmark number. Transferred in store customer service. I asked if they had PS5 in stock. The lady told me to look on line. I told her I was not online and I asked her to check because she is customer service and has access to in-store inventory. She told me to do it myself. She hung up on me. BRANDSMARK LOST Me as A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE BECAUSE OF HOW I WAS TREATED. NEVER COMING BACK. If I could have given ZERO stars I would have.

Price match? What price match?Brandsmart doesn’t make price matching easy and when you do it they don’t process it. Called in to do so and they said it would be credited in 5-7 business days, 3 weeks ago but nothing posted to my account so I called in and they have no trace of me ever making a price match. Totally incompetent system and customer support.

Horrible delivery service, didn't haul away, installed it myself, and was told by the "customer service manager" Sondra I had to pay $40 for someone to come back and haul the old machine. Save your frustration and take your business to Lowe's or Best Buy where the customer's satisfaction actually matters.*Responding to BrandsMart - First of all, Sondra never confirmed she was waiving the fee and hung up on me. I also never got any sort of confirmation they were coming tomorrow (email, text, or otherwise). Therefore, I removed the old one and installed the new one myself. No thanks to the delivery person nor "customer service" who seemed bent on the fact that I was wrong despite being able to execute a full installation without issue.

Ordered a soundbar online. Should have known the low price was too good to be true. A few days after not hearing anything about my order shipping, I get an email saying my order was cancelled and my credit card would be refunded. No reason given for the cancellation. After checking my credit card account daily for a few days after the cancellation email, still no refund to my account. Reached out to Brandsmart via their chat system and their less than friendly chat agent told me to wait and the refund should be issued in 3-5 days. I asked if my order was cancelled due to out of stock and she said yes. Checked online immediately and Brandsmart is still allowing orders for this item even though it's out of stock. Interesting that they charge your credit card immediately after you order even though the item is not in stock and then they take a week or so (TBD) to issue a refund to your account. I'm guessing they benefit from "floating" the money for a week or so. I think that's illegal so I will be looking into that further.
