Rented a pickup for a move from this location and got a call an hour before pickup to let me know they didn't have the truck available. It shouldn't have been offered online when I booked it if it wasn't available. They had no explanation. Very poor experience.

Fraudulent damage charges. This place tried to charge me $255 for a (tiny) windshield crack that was known and documented when I picked it up, and also known and documented when I dropped it off. The woman at the desk said "don't worry there won't be any charges." Well there were. Fortunately, American Express reversed them. Shady stuff. I will never do business with Budget again.

Friendly service at this location, I've rented here two times now and have had wonderful service.Mona and the crew are wonderful, people have left nasty reviews because they did not rent from this location and sadly these good people get a bad rep.

They left us and 15 other families at the airport at 1am. I was guaranteed they would still pick us up. Never, never rent from them!!

Even though I am a regular customer and "fast break" member, there has never been paperwork waiting for me or anyone to service the fast break lane. I typically have to wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour to get my car. I am done with Budget.

Price is ok but the service and cars are not good at all. I would not recommend if price and distance are no issue. As some people said previously this is one of the worst place for renting a car

The two men working there the morning of 2/7/23 were absolutely horrible. Would not even look up at my partner to acknowledge them. Would even turn their back on them and just plain horrible experience. Customer service is priority -12 and they obviously hate their job.

The driver of the #13 Budget Shuttle was the most inconsiderate, rude and useless person I e ever experienced. Drove like a maniac and refused to help load or unload luggage, even for the elderly . 1/10/23 3:45 pm. Should be fired.

Why is is so hard to treat customers with respect. Our rentals tire kept going low so I called budgets customer service number and they told me I could take it a close by location and they would swap out the car. She made the time and made sure they had the vehicle to swap out. We get there and the guy was rude and said he had to go to a different location. Get to the other location and it’s a mad house. No one knows anything g what’s going on or could give me any information. So now I’m stuck with a rental with the tire constantly getting low. Thanks a lot Budget!

Only dropped off my rental at this location. Quick and easy. The woman who checked in the car noticed I had a prepaid fuel charge even though I had refueled before dropping it off. She took off the additional charge. Good service!!

This was honestly one of the worst places that I ever rented from, I had made a rental for the weekend for my father's funeral. Upon arriving to the rental location which I arrived at 8:00 a.m. the doors were locked, I had to call the store multiple times for the female who was working to come and open. Upon entering the store I spoke with the little girl who was on the clock (because she surely wasn't working nor doing her job), she proceeds to tell me my vehicle that I had rented had been given to someone else and then when telling me she could help me with another vehicle, she states I needed proof of residency and two forms of pay stub. Mind you I had rented from a different state Maryland and was picking up in Florida, when I was making my reservation on call with the agent not once was I told about any of these ridiculous requirements. The little girl then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do and that I would receive a refund. It has been about 12 days since, my bank has stated multiple times since I've called them that there is no refund request nor pending deposit in my account from budget, I called budget multiple times and they continuously tell me my refund was processed but that is a lie. I was also told in two calls and which I spoke to agents that I would be receiving a 3-day free car rental that would be good for a whole year, and I would be receiving that to my email which never came to my email. It is very disheartening and upsetting that a company was still people's money when they're just trying to do business with them. Please save yourself the time, money, frustration, and Patience by just going elsewhere.
