“One of the best butcher shops in West Palm. The reason why I go there is because their meat comes from local farmers, from Florida, no corporations, no bottom-line maximizers, no 5 days in transit meat. Absolutely great steak, even the choice grade, but their prime is absolutely beautiful, you can taste it in the marbling. They also offer marinated meats, that you just throw on the grill or cook them in a pan. A little on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it. Highly highly recommended!”
