Comfortable size apartment living nice pool great game room clubhouse movie theater relatively quiet neighborhood close to shopping mall and convenient access to I-95 highway, downtown and airport. Church nearby. Lots of parking for tenants and guests.

I absolutely love living at Luxury Living Apartment Homes! The place is beautiful, modern, and always clean. The amenities are top-notch — especially the pool and gym — and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is safe and convenient too. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Do not live here!!! Managers are rude. They wait for you to sign the contract and then act like they can’t help you with anything. Actively trying to get out of contact.

DO NOT live here, new management completely changed the complex for the worst. There is always dog poop around the neighborhood, no one ever takes care the place, work orders never get completed unless you bug the office, the gate system doesn't work and causes traffic build-up outside, the trash pickup we HAVE TO PAY for doesn't pick up the trash on time so the neighborhood smells like feces and garbage all the time. Not to mention, the front office is very unprofessional and quick to blamed the issues with the community on the renters, when it's really an issues caused by them. Please whatever you do, save your money and live somewhere else. It's so bad I want to break my contract!

It's actually a great complex. The managements is the problem. This complex can't keep one management company in place long term, they seem to rotate management every 6-12 months. Depending on the incoming management company, the ledgers get messed up. CBM Holding is the worse with the ledger as it takes the 3 months or longer to correct ledgers. Some mornings I wake up and CBM Holding will have an eviction notice on everyone's door due to the negligence of the ledger. Pegasus Management is great as they actually try to ensure ledgers are correct on day one, and if it's not handled expeditiously they Pegasus try's to compensate for any inconveniences. I've had to deal with CBM Holdings twice since I've been here, and had to call my lawyer to put on standby at one instance.

Do not RENT here.
I just ended my 1 year lease. In that year they had several different managers and management companies. Each time they loose the previous emails. Mine were complaining about MOLD since my second week there. All they did was give me a dehumidifier which drove my electric bill.
I spent my entire year there cleaning mold from clothes, walls even under my framed prints on the wall.
Now I have been gone since the end of June and still no deposit check back. ( their answer yesterday was, which management company told you they were in charge of your deposit refund? - How would I know that? In the meantime they have still have my security deposit.

I’ve lived at for the past few years, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The complex has gone through three different management teams during my time here, and the issues have consistently persisted.
There has been a recurring roach infestation, largely due to other tenants, and the response from management has been slow and ineffective. I have also personally witnessed incidents related to domestic violence within the complex.
The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, making simple requests or questions stressful and unpleasant. While the amenities may look nice at first glance, most of the equipment is broken, and maintenance can take a month or more to fix anything.
Safety is a concern, especially for women — walking to the mailbox or around the property can be uncomfortable due to catcalling. Units lack storage space, and for the high rent, the living conditions are far from luxury — overpriced and poorly maintained.
Overall, I would not recommend living here. It has been a horrible living environment, and the money you pay does not reflect the quality of life or safety you should expect.

Cameron Estates has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.
Since living there, the property has changed management companies multiple times, leading to a complete lack of consistency, accountability, or communication. When I moved in, it was managed by Pegasus Residential — who handled the situation poorly — but things haven’t improved under the new companies either.
I terminated my lease due to confirmed mold in the unit, ongoing safety issues, a constantly broken front gate, excessive noise, and having to call the police regularly. Despite those serious concerns, I was later sent to collections without warning for a so-called “early termination fee” that was never communicated in writing. My father (the co-signer) and I had clear conversations with the property manager, Aja-Iglesias Terrell, who assured us the fee would be waived. That promise was not honored.
To make matters worse, the lease had the wrong rent amount, and management never fixed it despite multiple requests. Staff turnover and lack of professionalism only made things more frustrating.
Cameron Estates may have a new name or new managers every few months, but the core issues — poor communication, unresolved maintenance problems, and mismanagement — remain the same. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere if you're searching for a stable, well-run community.

I just had a long conversation with Aja and Lashawa, they are simply amazing human beings that I feel truly care about the well being of the community and its residents. However Thesis (I’m sure I misspelled that) the leasing agent at the front is truthfully vile. We had no A/C for 5 hours mind you this is south Florida… my dog wouldn’t lay anywhere but the cool tile because our unit was 84 degrees. We called and Thesis claimed to have let maintenance know. This was a lie, she never contacted them once in the 7 times we called. Not to mention we had another issue and Thesis laughed in my girlfriend’s face. We both didn’t take that kindly at all. It took us calling Lashawna and having to explain the situation all over. She had a maintenance guy at our doorstep in 20 minutes at 8:00 P.M. at night. Aja has been completely transparent on every matter we brought to her and her professionalism along with Lashawna should be entirely recognized. They truly are the backbone of management and I cannot thank them enough. If you have the pleasure of dealing with either please show your gratitude and thank them for the hard work they are putting in.

I’ve been living here for two months now, and I have to say it’s been a peaceful and truly positive experience. I feel safe both in my home and throughout the community, which is something very important to me. While I know there are some mixed reviews out there, I genuinely believe this is a great place to live.The area is beautiful and full of nature. I love taking long walks and enjoying how calm and quiet everything is. My unit is wonderful I have no complaints. Anytime I’ve had a minor issue, maintenance has responded quickly and taken care of it, which I really appreciate.I also want to give a special shoutout to Aja at the front office. She is always so friendly and helpful I truly enjoy talking with her. The pool is another highlight for me. It’s incredibly relaxing, and I find myself there almost every weekend. Everyone I’ve met here has been kind and respectful.No place is ever going to be 100% perfect, but this complex is genuinely good. The only small suggestion I have is to consider offering earlier or 24-hour access to the gym. Since it opens with the clubhouse, it’s not available for early morning workouts, which I would really enjoy.Overall, I’m very happy here and thankful for such a peaceful, welcoming living environment.

Been there since the beginning of the year and it’s not the best experience, I’ve waited sometime before making this review, hoping that things will get better, but it hasn’t my first red flag was them not willing to show you the unit you’re moving into it before you actually Move in so you don’t know what you’re getting…. Also, they sell you on the amenities, but the buildings and the apartments are not in the best shape at all. Also, if you have an issue regarding management and tried to reach out to them, they never get back a hold of you. Maintenance, I have no issue with they always do their job and very good about it if I was supposed to do it again I would not be staying here

Beautiful apartments and amenities however their management is terrible. Horrible customer service, rude, and disorganized. They change management every few months but the people are the same. You end up paying extra fees, spending more time than you should PAYING rent because their portals don’t work, work orders take weeks after reminding them repeatedly about an issue in the apartment. Be prepared for a headache.
