I was greeted with the biggest smile from Darron, he addressed me by Ms.and was very polite as he went over all of the services. I have been to many washes and left feeling like I wasted my money. “I had an exceptional experience with ceramic pro. John took the time to explain all my options with the matte finish on my vehicle and was very responsive when I called with questions or concerns. I got the full front ppf and ceramic coating and ceramic tinting for the front windows and windshield. The ceramic tint makes a huge difference keeping the Florida heat out. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be back when I pick up some rims. Thanks guys, you beat my expectations by a wide margin!”

“This was my first time ever at a Mint Eco Wash. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and how informative Emilio was when I pulled up to the location. What I didn’t like was the quality of the wash because it did not fully clean the exterior of my car. I gave this place a try to see if it be worth spending money on a membership, but I don’t think I will be coming back. Thankfully I got a coupon and only paid $5 for the wash. I have no idea if that was the best quality wash because I know there are several tiers. I hope it was the best wash because that’s how you get customers back.
UPDATE: I went back on Saturday, May 16th after the General Manager, Ritchie, reached out to me to further get feedback from me on my experience. He is such a nice guy and very informative. He gave me a free wash along with a free basic interior detail. He answered all of my questions that I had and was very patient with me. I highly recommend coming here and if you ever have an issue with the quality of the wash or anything else, Ritchie and the rest of the staff will be happy to help.”

“I haven’t been to this car wash for a long time but still enjoy the service. However; I used my card for the first time and I think there is a card skimmer being used at your location. Once I received my adjusted charges I received notice a charge of $104. Fortunately I have fraud protection and had to approve it before it paid out. PLEASE CHECK YOIR CARD SCANNERS. I still will recommend and come again but only if I have the cash .”
“Took over my sister’s Mazda CX-5 that she’d left sitting outside for 3 years, likely never washed, and had let her dogs practically live in the thing. Dropped it off, came back a few hours later and these guys have it looking like it rolled right out of the factory. Fully washed, waxed, detailed the exterior (not to mention found and completely removed any sign of some black mold on the roof), interior they shampooed and vacuumed the carpets, conditioned all the leather, did a great job with the vinyl, got rid of some stains I didn’t even think would be possible to get out, and not a single streak to be found on any of the glass. This car had probably an entire dogs worth of dog hair in it and I can’t even find a single hair now. Very reasonable price, and they were very receptive to fair negotiation based on what I was prioritizing. For how much I needed done, they were super quick, and communication was excellent. I rarely write reviews, but damn did these gentlemen do an excellent job. Loyal customer gained.”

And they are very very good I am very picky about how clean I keep my car and truck and I go to them all the time they never let me down I'm always pleased they go above and beyond the whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable they don't try to upcharge you on things they are one of the best in Palm Beach county in my opinion! It has a great atmosphere, great people great machines great vacuums I can't say enough except for go try them out you won't be let down!”

“My favorite station in West Palm Beach always fully stocked with ice cold drinks and lots of choices for snacks. Brandon is always so positive and greets everyone with a smile. The store also has a great deli sandwich shop called Jr’s. Highly recommend anything to eat. I’ve tried many items on the menu and everything is delicious. Lots of fresh made salads and breads. Neighborhood Gem!”
