Today I spoke to Alina on the telephone at the Square in West Palm. I ordered a mattress set. It was a wonderful experience. Alina was so knowledgeable about all products and shipping details. Such a better experience than ordering online!! This is the best kept secret. Spork with a local retail representative instead of ordering online. Better to speak with a local Casper representative than visiting an outside retailer like Rooms to Go. Five stars plus for her service at Casper.

Buying a new mattress can sometimes feel a little overwhelming with so many options, but Alina was so incredibly kind and helpful in making sure I was buying the perfect mattress that exactly fit my needs. She made the whole process so easy and made sure I had everything I needed for the perfect night's sleep. I will definitely be visiting her at Casper for all of my bedding needs going forward!

Alina with Casper has helped us (Jay Outreach Ministries) with many families. They just show up right on time and it is incredible!
The donations have helped the elderly, the young and the guys in our program.
They are kind and so very thoughtful.

I visited the store while shopping in City Place to take a look at the products, very warm, stress free environment, couldn’t resist the duvet, sheets and pillows. Great staff. Will be back for a mattress??

Casper pillows are the only pillows I have been using for years. I recently purchased a couple more to take with me for my travel plans coming up. Its the one thing I cant travel without! We love our West Palm Beach Casper store. The team is always so supportive and ensures we have everything I need. The store is always so welcoming and clean. They are also very informative when we have any type of questions. We love visiting this location!

I was shopping for Mattresses . I was so disappointed by the previous experiences One more, I thought!! Well hello Tarik!!!! I got a 5 star treatment from Tarik . He really knows what customer service is. Nothing too much for him. No question unanswered and all of it with a smile on his face.

The general manager Alina was extremely helpful. I tried the Casper mattress at another store, but when I went here I was offered a bundle of the mattress, a mattress cover, a set of sheets, and two pillows- all for the same price as the mattress alone would cost at that other store. Everything except for the mattress I picked up in store, and the mattress was sent via free UPS 2 day shipping.
