However, my experience with Chase has been more akin to a narrative of unfulfilled expectations and bewildering twists. Their propensity to close accounts without a whisper of explanation mirrors a story of control without the underpinning of reason or accountability.The professionalism at Chase, or rather the lack thereof, feels like a script missing its key dialogues, leaving one in a labyrinth of unanswered questions and unresolved issues. Each interaction becomes a scene of perplexing complexity, devoid of the clarity and resolution one ardently seeks.While I hold no knowledge of the ambiance within their physical locations or the character of their in-person staff, the narrative of their customer support has been a tale of frustration. It's like an extended, discordant dialogue, reminiscent of a tedious three-hour call, lacking the understanding and connection one might yearn for in a partnership. In this story of banking with Chase, the shades are less about intriguing mystery and more about opaque, unfulfilled expectations.

Worst chase bank I ever been to, No sense of customer service. They can’t really help you out because they don’t know what they are suppose to be doing. Go to a different branch if you want things to get done with a sense of urgency.

Worst chase bank experience ever. I’ve been with chase for 10+ years and the service was horrendous. I have never met a woman so rude in customer service: the short, old and overweight woman was incredibly rude.

Aleah at the front desk helped me. She was amazing at her job, was so kind, and had the most beautiful heart. I have never had such an amazing experience at chase bank! Thank you Aleah!

The customer service here is beyond non-existent. If you think calling is useless, at this branch it’s as if you don’t exist! They move like they’re half-dead iguanas, and make a fuss about the smallest issues. So petty & unprofessional— what a joke of a “bank branch”.Only *some* bankers are kind, but the general walk-in experience is awful.

was there a few days ago to withdraw money from drive thru. i wasn’t aware that there was a limit of how much you can draw before having to come inside. the female teller was was very rude about the situation! do not recommend this branch. avoid if you can

This branch must of hire the most unprofessional team possible, there is no way this place is currently still open for business.The level of customer service shown at this location is beyond poor.There is no type of care for their clientele, literally from the moment you walk through the door.They do not care enough to acknowledge you as a Client let alone help you in order to conduct business And when ask for a manager, they never have one available on duty.In addition, there is no way the ATM outside is constantly glitching while making deposits. But yet is able to take funds, give you a receipt with no proof of funds being deposited.and you as the client have to call to get it fix yourself because the staff is too busy to help clientele.

OK...so my wife calls our business banker in NYC who says if we are getting an error message opening a regular checking account online to go into the branch here in West Palm Beach, Florida. A trip to this location and the banker looks up her business account (approaching 500k) and tells her, "sorry you need to come back for a basic checking account with an appointment. Busy all day and can't help you." You know what... f-you! These people need to be fired and start fresh. Absolutely outrageous. We have people about to lose their homes in this country! If you don't like your job go sit on the corner with the homeless and see how that works out for you! They are so lucky I wasn't there because I would have told them to stick where the sun don't shine! My G-D F-You.

I see why this location has 1 star already. I fully agree with previous comments that staff here is very rude. I came in to open a checking account and was told to make an appointment and come back another time. I went to a different location and it was no problem.

I have been a Chase customer for 30+ years, both for business and personal. I made a deposit of 15 checks here last week at the inside teller. The deposit was never made. Luckily I had her give me a receipt. It has now been four days since that deposit and I still don't have my money. Apparently they are doing an investigation. I don't know who is at fault, but I will NEVER do a transaction at this branch again. BEWARE!!!
