They get Zero Stars , horrible customer service , was not busy at all and no one attended to help for customer service as I waited for a long time. They sat there and ignored as if weren't there, and they were not busy with anyone.

This is new to open a account you need appointment, is like the don’t want your Bussiness it so out of my mind that a bank will not open a account for you it like A Bussiness that don’t want Bussiness and the laddie at front she is like I don’t care I don’t want you to wait but I can’t help you you need appointment 2 weeks well I believe that is another bank that want my business, not recommend this place

-5 STARSMade appointment online to make a business account and waited a week for it.. the day finally comes and when I walk in and announce who and why I am there I’m told the person is off today? How was the appointment available IF THE PERSON WASNT THERE? No back up representative who can help me with what I’ve waited a week for..?? now I have to start from square one, beyond unprofessional. How do you not have more than one person for business accounts?

Went in trying to open up a savings account but was unsuccessful. They were getting an error message and when the guy tried to ask his manager for help he just told him I had to call the number on the screen. Called 5 times and they told me everything was fine. Went back and was still having issues and they gave me no sense of direction other than calling the 1-800 number. Which told me everything was fine and I shouldn’t be having any issues. Called customer care and they insinuated the banker didn't know what they were doing. I believe it was a lack of training and a lack of management, since the manager didn’t have even bother to help the banker and just told him I needed to call the other party without assessing the situation or doing further investigating. Went to Wells Fargo and they basically told me it was because I recently became a citizen and the system was recognizing me as a resident so I needed to update my status. I FINALLY GOT SOME ANSWERS AT A DIFFERENT BANK. so I switched to Wells Fargo (:

If I could give this entire banking system negative 10⭐️ I would! After what they did to my 80yo mothers account I never want to deal with this bank EVER AGAIN!!!!

Chase bank on Summit and Military is EXCELLENT. Claudio one of the tellers is an EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL. HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS AND IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE CONCERNING THE DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF BANKING CHASE HAS TO OFFER. HE IS HELPFUL IN THE WAY HE EXPLAINS WHAT EACH BANK ACCOUNT HAS TO OFFER. I HAVE BEEN AN EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH CHASE BANK AND THE BANKING EXPERIENCE HERE AND AT THESE OTHER CHASE BANKS IS LIKE NO OTHER!!!??I AM SPEAKING ABOUT CHASE IN LAKE WORTH BEACH ON LAKE AVE AND CHASE ON SOUTHERN AND DIXIE HWY, WPB. They wouldn't see me because I didn't make an appointment. Went to a chase on forest hill and military and they took me in right away and told me they always try and take in all walk ins. No matter how busy they are. I don't recommend this branch. They don't want to work for what they get paid I guess.

This review is specifically for Roberto Diaz. I walked into the bank and sat in the waiting area. 30 minutes goes by and nobody had any intent to come and help me. So I go up to Roberto Diaz. I ask him why nobody has seemed to want to help me. He immediately tried ro shut me down and excuse himself. Then asked me what I needed. Proceeded to say I need an appointment to do what I wanted. Nobody even hinted at this fact. I hope he takes this review in consideration, as he is the Multi-Site Branch Manager, and figures out what he needs to accomplish at this location for this not to continue to happen. Although not very surprised if it doesn’t get done, as the reviews of other customers, prove my statement. Don’t waste your time attempting to get something done at this bank.

Sat in five thru literally 30 mins the drive thru light was green so I assumed it was opened I seen the ladies come to the back but they do did not acknowledge me after about 10 more mins I walked on the inside it’s 4 people working and they are so moving slowly I’m in the clock with my job so now it making me look bad like I’m stealing time for taking to long this is unacceptable can’t wait until they exchange banks for good!

They took well over half an hour to process one cash deposit for only $600 and instead of the manager trying to resolve the issue he was disrespectful from the start

Excellent service, dedicated and welcoming staff, very clean and following all Covid-19 guidelines. 5th star not awarded because sometimes waiting time is a little long when waiting for a personal banker. Other than that, this is a very nice branch to go.

I give this review for ANDRES M. DAVILA. He helped my mother and I in a time of extreme urgency, and under some stress. Not only did he come and attended to us While we waited for an appointment previously scheduled. (even though we did not have an appointment with him) he then proceeded to take us on and help us with our account. He was so lovely and kind, patient and efficient. The only agent i will be asking for from now on. I highly recommend his services! I hope corporate sees this and gives him a pat on the back.
