I had issue with my account and actually Virginia was very helpful and nice, very respectful & great person, also, her coworker she is Spanish she is very nice and helpful too, even I’m very disappointed with chase bank and the customer service over the phone but when I went this branch I was very satisfied

Terrible experience in customer services. Alfonso treated me like he own the bank. He humiliated me and makes funny of me in front other customers.

Virginia was great at helping me with starting a new account. I went to another chase trying to start a new account, they said I need an appointment. I went to this location and asked to start a new account I was told the same thing, Virginia told me I can make an account online something I didn’t know. How simple but greatly appreciated. Virginia you’re the best?

Horrible service, customer service in this location is awful. It’s like no one wants to work or help. Always with a. Negative answer. From the lady on the teller line which I think her name is Virginia to the bankers. Tried opening a business account and there was always a pushback never a positive answer or interest on solving my banking problems. Have been a customer for more than 10 years and this is by far the worse experience.

The location at 4660 Forest Hill Blvd West Palm Beach, FL 33415 is awful, they never had a minimum people working in that location, everything's is always very slow....I love chase but in FL is very bad

Went in to open an account...No one and I mean no one other than the 4 bankers and myself.Asked me to sit and I waited for about 15 minutes (no one came in) .Finally someone came up and said...they are all busy and that I needed to make an appointment. As I left you could hear the crickets as it was still empty when I left.

Google needs a 0 star. I set up an appointment online as required post covid. I skipped my lunch to get there only to find out that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. What's the purpose of an online appointment? Come on big banks get your act together.

Many people agree that the reason to make an appointment is to skip the line and save waiting time. Today I had appointment to open an accountant with my daughter, when we arrived just two people were there and they were waiting for the windows. We talk with someone that told us to sit and that was it, never came back to explain why they were taking so long, we looked to him a couple of times, he ignored us and we decided to leave. With so many choices out there to pick and so little different in protocols or benefits from this banks to the costumer I think that costumer service really makes a difference. This time Wells Fargo won, thank you Mr Osorio for your wonderful attention!

All ATM machines are always down and they have have 2 tellers working on a Saturday. Had to leave before I could make a deposit because I had to go to work

Walking in was great... very quick to attend they even had great coffee in waiting area. However I have to give a 3 star review to a certain employee who embarrassed me as a customer, questioned many times my decisions and seemed resistant to want to do their job. Overall I had a great experience however I would not attend this certain location again. Other staff was very helpful however.
