Went to get a card opened since the website wasn't working. Sat down in the waiting area for 10 minutes and NO ONE attended me. Saw two bankers in an office assisting ONE customer and making jokes. Had no idea it was a two man job to make jokes; two salaries being wasted what a joke! Looked behind me and there was another banker on his phone chilling the entire time. Didn't realize being a banker was to have fun, be on the phone, and ignore customers. I might as well apply. Left to another branch, sat down then a teller told me "someone will be right with you." That was more like it. A bank that isn't a complete joke. Was able to open 3 cards with the other branch that same day. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS BRANCH, THESE BANKERS ARE BETTER OFF STAYING AT HOME WATCHING NETFLIX OR SOMETHING.

This bank is EXCELLENT!!! I always have a pleasant experience when going to this branch!!! Mike McCabe is an EXCELLENT banker to talk to. He is TOTALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE when it comes to getting the best experience from Chase Bank and the accounts it has to offer!!! His customer service skills are second to none!!! He will help you get the job done!!! 5stars ALL DAY for this gentleman banker and the entire staff of bankers and workers for this branch!!! THANKYOU CHASE BANK!!! NEVER a problem with their service!!! I highly recommend banking at this Southern & Dixie hwy, WPB branch!!!????

I’ve been banking with Chase for over a decade and had a death in my family in North Carolina so set it up an estate account and had your agents notarize all documents, paperwork, etc for me. They was very polite. But today Thursday, April 6 they decide that they can’t notarize anything from another state. I have formed them that they’ve been assisting me with these documents for the past year and they proceeded to tell me I was incorrect and very impolite. I was very upset to the point that I was gonna close both business, personal and estate count, but went to the branch off military Trail in West Palm Beach, where they assisted me with everything I need. Thank goodness the good people there help me. In a time like this when you lose a parent, the one thing you expect to help you is your banking agent I suggest to never go to this branch with anything beyond using their ATM. Very disappointing.

I wish we had the option of selecting zero star.I accompanied a 80 year old man to this branch who just Had his account hacked. He was panicking and wanted to alert the bank of this fraud. We asked one of the two bankers who were talking outside their office and obviously not busy with clients, and no other clients in the waiting room, if we could be seen to report the fraud. We were informed that all customers needed to make an appointment. I asked when was the next appointment, and after five minutes was told that the next appointment would be the next day at 9am. I reminded the banker that it was an emergency and that the old man needed the help urgently to make sure his account was not totally emptied. i received the same answer from the banker and was given instead a phone number to call.i left the bank and called the 1800 number to complain and asked to have the supervisor Roberto of the bank called me.He actually called me the next day and confirmed that their branch policy is that "you need to make an appointment" I insisted on the fact that the old man was terrified, confused and that it was an emergency. He answered that "all customers had emergency" and wished me to have a good day.how despicable is that? The bankers could tell that the 80 year old man was in distress but did not have the empathy and heart to try to help him.to make matter worse, the director agreed and defended their heartless decision to NOT help himSHAME ON YOU, DO YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES TREATED THAT WAY?well I don't!

Everyone takes the time to complain about minor issues these days . I just want to thank Elvis at this Chase branch for going out of his way to help me today. He is a bright and shiny star in customer service and Chase is lucky to have him!

Everyone that works there is so nice. I have needed a notary on multiple occasions and they have always helped me. Not sure about the other complaints here. I’ve been using the atms to deposit cash for about ten years. It’s really easy and can be used when they are closed. Also people complaining about the parking lot, it’s designed that way for a reason..

I want to thank everyone who helped me with a huge problem I had with my checking account. This banking location went above and beyond customer service. I did not get the run abound and when transferred to the proper department I was not forced to repeat the problem over and over again. For the past month someone has been using my account. Since I don't really check my account I was unaware. The person who committed the fraud to my account must have known all my information. I have a pretty good idea who did this and can't believe he would. The bank was also able to help me file a police report. This was devastating and I was very nervous that the bank would not be able to help me recover such a large amount of money. The person using my account must have known my weekly pay. As soon as I called this bank, they helped me right away. I tried calling the 1-800 # first but kept getting transferred so I called the bank near my work since I was still on shift. My weekly pay of $4700 for the past 3 weeks was completely returned to me and an investigation started right way. This was a total of almost 15k, that Chase was able to return, a blessing. This is truly the best bank and I am so grateful to all those who helped me. Wouldn't bank anywhere else. Thank you.
