Spare yourself going to this location. I had my husband (Ramon) make an appt for me, my appointment time was 25 min behind (no problem), finally get seated with John and I was handed a notepad and was told to wait so he can help another client without an appointment. Extremely unprofessional to have me make an appointment and walk away from your client with no regard. I will be opening my business account elsewhere where my money and business is welcomed. Do better Chase bank. Do better.

I generally visit this location simply to utilize the drive up ATM. Very slow service so please plan accordingly.

If a business account is what you seek,With Chase, the outlook's rather bleak.They'll shut your account, no reason they'll say,"Just because we can!" they'll declare, "Hooray!"Unprofessional? Oh, indeed they are,In giving answers, they're below par.Each process, a journey through mire and muck,In the land of service, they're a sitting duck.Now about their offices, I cannot speak,Nor of the folks there, mild or meek.But their support, oh what a chore!It's a bumpy, thumpy, three-hour snore.With a man on the line, from far, far away,Not a jot more helpful, come night or day.So heed these words, take this advice,When banking with Chase, think twice, then thrice!

the absolute worst. avoid like the plague. ALWAYS ridiculous wait times for the simplest transactions IF they are even able to execute them. absolutely brain dead.

Why on earth would you give a home number to your office that is never answered. You can't even leave a Voicemail. This is asinine, I would recommend a different branch.

Drive thru is your best bet for simple transactions, but God forbid if you have to do something slightly complex.... Like wire money. I've been waiting for 45 minutes so far and there's no end in sight. Very poorly managed.

It seems like whenever I’m here I always have a long wait. I much prefer the Chase at The Crossroads. The staff here are friendly. They just seem to be overworked and understaffed.

Oh my god the slowest banker is assigned to us. Can’t imagine why opening an account would take 2 hrs. And then you come back again for another 1 hr coz she made a mistake.
