Clerk is utterly incompetent and unprofessional. Yelled at me when asked for a question and would not help nor serve gas because of his lack of understanding of basic language. Asked us inappropriate questions.

I have never encountered such a mean Cashier. I guess they only had premium gas, but there wasn't signs letting people know. So when I went to ask why the pump wasn't working he yelled "we only have 93" repeatedly. I'm sorry, but I had no idea what he has talking about. I then just asked for my receipt. I was charged. 15 cents for nothing (I was trying to pump midgrade). Another guy came in and was also confused about the numbered gas, but when the cashier yelled at him, he yelled back and then the cashier started calling him names and being very rude to him. The guy just left. I will never go to that BP again and I'll make sure to share my experience with others.

Pay at pump does not work. The latch on the pump to lock the handle is broken. Clerk was on the phone the entire time while checking out and never broke us conversation.

The clerk Rashed is very rude and is a poor representation of BP products. I entered the store while the gas testing personnel was on site and expressed to him that it’s a coincidence that someone was there two days after I had purchased gas from this same store and the amount of gas I had paid for did not reflect on my gas meter. He immediately became defensive and told me that I am confused, and that it’s my car no one else has complained to him and that I should go to another store. I then informed him that I visit their store consistently and buy products and gas from them and have for years and normally I don’t have a problem but was just concerned he continued to become defensive and again expressed that it’s me and I shouldn’t buy from his store. I informed him that I would be contacting their corporate office he heckled me saying to call them right now while in the store he would give me the number. I turned and as I was even exiting the store the clerk continued to heckle me saying call now I will give you their number as if he wanted me to know that he doesn’t care and that my complaint wouldn’t matter to BP or him. It left a very distasteful feeling towards BP and if this is the type of customer service that BP represents I don’t want no parts of it.

Do not put your debit in their pumps you may get scammed. This corner store in the gas station is decent they offer many sundries and miscellaneous.

They stole our credit card information. I reported them to the police and department of agriculture. Do not go to this gas station. They are thieves!

They sell Rip It Energy Drinks here and the employees even went above and beyond to special order a case for me of the flavor I wanted. I definitely look forward to doing years of business with this fine establishment!!
