Food were pretty good comparing to airport foods expectation. The service was pretty bad and slow, nobody cares. Took forever to get someone to help us order food on the phone since our table never be registered. after that nobody was around. I tried to flag someone but they just looked me and ignored, made me feel unvalued. So we just ate and left. Typical airport restaurant.

Flight was delayed 4 hours so we decided to grab some lunch and chilis was in my gate area. Food was pretty good, service was quick and the server was nice.

Food took 1 hour to receive and I was the only customer! Arrived at 8:30am and ordered 2 drinks and their cheeseburger platter which finally arrived at 9:45am! Flight at 10:00am so no time to eat! Paid $45.00 and had to board the plane! The waiter said..we don't cook burgers until 9:30am...what??? why did you allow me to order it then? ?? :-(

My friend has a gluten allergy and asked the bartender if the soup had gluten in it. The response was its only potatoes. My friend asked if she could check w the chef and the response again was its only potatoes and would not check. My friend flagged down another waitress who checked and it has gluten. Chilis is lucky to have avoided a law suit for shear laziness on the part of their employee.

The food was so salty that it was inedible. We told the waiter and he said that the burgers are usually not too salty. He did not offer to replace or give us credit. We had a Mushroom Swiss Burger and a Cheeseburger. We will never go to a Chili’s restaurant again. My husband likes his food salty, so we he couldn’t eat it, you know it was extremely salty.

Rude girl working Saturday am. Bartender telling (old) people to scan for the menu with qr code. Rolling her eyes when people said the soda is flat. Yelling at ppl for taking a chair from another area.

Walked up to the To Go counter twice. The first time no one was even at the counter. The second time there was someone at the register, but they were looking down at their phone and didn’t even notice that I was standing there. I went to the PBI Market and was served right away. ??

I fly alot so I eat here alot. I've no real issues except now they no longer have menus. I Walk in young woman says "sit here and order from there and pay there" WHAT?..guy comes and says "what would you like"...I said don't know still trying to open the scan menu. To which he responds, "yeah alot of customers have walked out because we don't have menus "....Ordered coffee and a burger because that's all I could think of.Come on Corporate you charged me $16.00 for a burger can't you throw in a complementary menu?

This is my 2nd time at this restaurant and have had the worst service. Today around 5:45 we walk up to the hostess who just looks at us, not even a smile. We ask if theirs a table available and she says “nope” and just walks away. Extremely rude.

AmericanWith limited options in PBI terminal C, I opted for a spot at the bar at Chili's since it was basically empty and there was a lot of room.I had not even taken my backpack off and the bartender was standing there with an attitude telling me that "all bags need to go behind your seat". I had a small duffle bag that I had just put on the empty seat next to me while I was taking off my backpack... and the place only had three other people sitting at the large (maybe 20 seats) bar.Now, I don't know about you, but I have been around a long time and if someone would have come up to the bar and needed a seat, I am sure I would have had the brains to remove my bag... I do not need to be scolded like a child.The same person got me a beer and motioned to a QBR code on the bar - they are still using that nonsense QBR code for a menu - so you have to be aware of that if you are not phone savvy or just like something to read in your hands.Got my drink and then the person behind the bar promptly disappeared. A long few minutes later reappeared and took the order. A few other folks had come along by now and were admonished with the same "all bags must be behind your seat" nonsense.The couple a few seats down from me, ordered 10 minutes after me and received their food before me. I had a burger, and it took a long time to come out is all I am saying. A few others who had hit the bar also received their food before I did, so I can only presume the gave my order to someone else.Burger did make an appearance after I questioned them about it - and in all fairness, the burger was good and bigger than expected. I finished up and headed out to catch my flight. I doubt I would go back there again.Chili's you can do better.

I hit the Chili's every time I'm here, and the staff are always friendly even though I am sure they have had to deal with some less than pleasant people. Also unlike some other non-airport based Chili's, I have never gotten horribly sick from eating here.

We stopped at chilis for a very quick bite before our plane left!! The food was pretty good, but let me tell you about Steph D! She was SO kind and so nice! She was awesome!! Dare I say she was one of the nicest and most friendly person I think I met on this trip to WPB! I sure hope you guys are treating her right! You don't want to loose that one!!!

DiDi at Chili's PBI is absolutely the worst bartender I've ever had to deal with...I asked if she would change one TV so I could watch the football game I wanted to see, she was absolutely useless.She's incredibly rude and should not be in the service industry (that's coming from a bartender of 20+ years)Good luck Chili's! DiDi is an absolute miserable human being... at least fake it girl! Maybe you'd make more in tips!Wish I had the option of no stars!

Stopped here with my sister and dad before our flight. Joanna was great start to finish. Great waitress. Friendly, attentive, informative.
