Rude employees talking very loud between them and eating at the main register tree or more employees fitting rooms close they refuse to opened they don't like to deal with other raises very bad customer service officially the main reason stores goes out of business.. good luck if you decide to shop here search for DD discount is down block avoid this drama.

My favorite clothing store of all time. My style in one place. I happened to walk in while doing laundry next door and ended up with a whole new wardrobe. The two ladies that work at night are so nice and helpful and are always making sure the store is in perfect order. The clothes are so stylish and affordable. The return policy is always honored when having a receipt and the jewelry stand is unbelievable. Anytime I have extra money I come here to spend it this my new favorite place and I am so happy I found it. Also they change all clothes every few months so there's always something new in the stands. You will not find deals this good for clothes this nice anywhere and this location is the best out of all the others in town. My promise ?

My 13 year old son & I came to this location to purchase him some pants & shorts for school, I asked where the fitting room was the woman standing behind the counter was extremely rude and told me there was no fitting room , I tried showing her my license & flight details that we we're boarding a flight at 5:30 However she stated that she didn't wish to see neither & that we could return to another store near us , I Then explained there isn't a Citi Trends in the State in which we were going to & she shrugged her shoulders, I'm A Floridian born & raised & have NEVER EVER Been treated as such‼️ This is Ridiculous & something needs to be done in regards to this

They only greet their own people (spanish).They need to be careful lots of black people know spanish too. If you're talking smack we know like what happened this afternoon between the cashier and customer about another customer in the line. Y'all are minorities too dont forget that. Still going to shop there just because of the good prices.
