We bought a leather sectional. It has some issues. City Furniture has no interest in helping resolve the issue. Would never buy from them again.

If you value you customer care consider elsewhere.We purchased a sofa and armchair together with a ‘warranty’ that we were assured would cover stains and damage. When we called to have a technician address some stains he arrived and without touching the sofa told us the stains could not be removed.We were subsequently told the replacement parts were not available and the warranty was void. We were offered a 30% discount on a replacement product.My wife and I have spent around 3 hours on hold trying to resolve this issues. We’ve been dismissed and blown off and even the sales person hung up on us when she figured out we needed help with a warranty issue.

I just love my leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner!! Just stopped in today for a mattress. What a pleasant experience. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining my options, ultimately helping me purchase my mattress. Can't wait for it to be delivered in a couple of days!

Outstanding experience and service from Benjamin Ward. He listened closely to what we wanted and directed us to the perfect piece. We didn’t need anything ornate and he did not oversell us. We are very happy with the furniture and the price . The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the $250 delivery and set up fee. From my past experience with most furniture stores, delivery and setup were usually no charge.

I purchased a Bernhardt Ainsley Leather power sectional the end of Sept, 4-6 weeks later the leather has crinkled, puckered and has defects that are clearly visible through out the entire sofa from the seat cushions, head rest and arm piece. The sales women Vesna has done nothing. I payed for the extended warranty which was useless. When I put in a claim for a refund or even to choose another sofa for a credit City Furniture was going to send out the repair guy. He was a NO SHOW!Xavier reported that he didn't need to come out to my home because "that is the way that sofa is".Now it's December and City Furniture sold me a DEFECTIVE Sectional that looks like I have had it for 15 years not 8 weeks. This was a $9,000 purchase and their policy is "once the furniture is delivered your stuck" with it no matter what.DO NOT BUY FROM CITY FURNITURE.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELESE. Try Arhaus, Rooms to Go, Basset Furniture where they back up there warranties and products.Cheryl Casagrande

Big place, lots of options! Second time purchasing furniture from here, the second purchase was quicker than the first, and we bought more furniture items. Seems (technology!!!) they have the ability to offer you what you want immediately upon thought, this helps the transaction process speed up quickly. Each of our sales associates were very courteous and helpful. This is the easiest way to buy furniture for those who value the use of their off time.

Absolutely amazing experience! Camilar, my sales associate was great! She was very knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured at all, but yet made me aware that she would be near by if I had any questions. She was able to answer every question I had! We will definitely buy from them again!

Went to city furniture with my wife and kids to purchase a bedroom set for my kids. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the store manager (unfortunately I can't remember her name). She informed us that Shane would be helping with our selection Shane was very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. There were times (not many) when my kids were more like wild animals than children, but Shane was very understanding of the matter. Shane helped us get everything we needed at a reasonable price and threw in free pizza and cookies for the family to go along with it. Overall fantastic experience.

Sandra was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge and experience provided us with great insight. She went above and beyond to help expedite our claim. Once approved, she assisted us with making the best possible decision given our tricky circumstances. We were very grateful to walk in on that Saturday and be greeted by her. If we were to return to City Furniture in the future we would only ask for her. Thank you for making the process smooth and painless!

City furniture is our go to for our Airbnb’s. The furniture and decor is such a value and I’m always impressed with how our choices have held up to busy rental properties! We had to replace a sofa and some chairs in one of them, and met w Sandra today. She was so professional and patient! Thank you Sandra! And we are excited about our new purchases, they are going to look great in this home.

Robert Falanga the sales rep here is great very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Was able to take my wife quickly around the store and showed her the bedroom set she loved. We were in and out in about 40 minutesThough I am about 7000 poorer but my wife is happy and that’s what counts great jobThank you Robert you were awesome

Nykita was wonderful. She was super helpful and even carried chairs around to different tables so we could be sure we made the absolute best decision on our dining set. I highly recommend city furniture and their prices are great!!

Please see Robert Conway!! He has been amazingly patient as we had to postpone our order time and again, then ended up cancellating it after construction took longer than initially anticipated. After four months, Robert was wonderful and helped us re-order the items immediately without our needing to go back to the store. Thank you Robert

My roommate and I had a great experience with our sales associate Josie. She was informative and ensured we had the time and space to feel confident in our decision. Unfortunately, at the very end of our encounter, her management staff continued to page her as she was completing our transaction and forced her to leave us abruptly. That left a sour note on our experience, and it’s disheartening to see managers not prioritizing customer experience.

The sales representative in the store was attentive and very helpful. When one piece of the sectional was back ordered she was on the delivery right away. Unfortunately the piece arrived and was a different color from the original order. Customer service was reliable and timely and the new piece arrived and totally matched the first order. All well that ends well.
