Marilyn M horrible custumer service ! Almost 40 minute to do a simple exchange of side of shoes from 6.5 to 7.0, somthing so simple. She was telling that I always need a receive to make a exchange, like we still in the 90' or 80.When I worked at khol's and with the email or phone number they find the person information. She just did'nt want to take care of us. She was making belive that it was a problem to make the exchange because she has to return the shoes and give me $18 looks giving me the impresion that she dosen't want to continue the exchange. She was making me lose my time for somthing so simple. She called the supervisor and he toll me he has 20 years working for that store and the system is like that. really? The company like to loose money ? Because I was no asking fr return. I was no asking for reconsilietion of price.

This is a beautiful outlet l love it the security is always around but they need to spread out and not be all in one spot all the time for hours. Be nice to all customers not just the white high class citizens especially the black associates that work there. Come in the morning they almost never pleasant to them they just slide around like their look for a thief. It’s ridiculous l seen this numerous of times. Majority of them are rude never have a welcome energy they act like Racist cops.

Mace was working the front and was faced with a disturbed customer that was very agitated and antagonistic. Mace handled the situation professionally and was able to maintain calm and apologize for how he offended the customer. He had a level head and spoke eloquently and respectfully as she pulled out her phone to record “his “terrible” customer service”. I commend Mace for maintaining professionalism and doing his best to deescalte the situation when put on the spot. This man deserves a promotion! As an on-looker, this made me very upset to see a person treated disrespectfully. Mace, keep up the great work! I hope corporate reads this and you recieve recognition for your incredible customer service! God bless you and Wendy also!

I have been shopping Clarks I bought all of my shoes 8 years I've I have never never seen a nasty naughty boy working at the store is a j*** I will be getting a lawyer for discrimination and disrespect a skinny white boy at the outlets in West Palm Beach he is very very nasty all my love shopping there I wasn't being treated like that so I'm going to school I am going to be suing the company for discrimination

Other than having good shoes I would never go back into the store. I went on 8/28/21 at 7:30 and was going to hurry and purchase two pair of shoes. The o e guy working wouldn't even speak and when I had a question about a pair of shoes he just said whatever is on the box so read it. Very rude customer service!!! Bot a greeting of any kind. The other lady working never said a word either. Such a shame as they do have good shoes but I am NOT going to support bad service!!!

Don’t come here. Bought two boots on their sale of get two for $99. One I had to order bc they didn’t have my size. Chelsea said that was fine bc the one I wanted was online and she would order them. A few days later she called to say that it was a mistake and they didn’t have it. So I called to ask about another shoe instead and they told me I had to come into the store to order it and do the exchange so I can get the deal which I originally had. Drove all the way there they told me I had to do the refund first it wasn’t until after they did the refund that they told me I couldn’t get the deal on the new shoe I wanted bc it wouldn’t let them do it and I had to pay full price for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially when it was their mistake in the first place. Not okay and very unhappy
