I’ve been a loyal Cole Haan customer, but my recent experience at this store was frustrating. The older lady who assisted me and another associate (a young Black woman) were very kind and helpful. However, at checkout, another employee—whose name I don’t know—abruptly refused to honor a previously approved website price match, despite it already being confirmed. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. In the end, they honored the price, but management should address this behavior as it affects customer trust.

Alexander assisted my girlfriends and me. @colehaan should make him an ambassador. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Cole Haan products. I've been a customer since 2005 and am very satisfied with my purchases.

After I payed $150 I was told the screen froze during receipt printing and would have to pay again , this time on her personal phone. Very strange! I have receipts for my credit card charge but I still was not able to leave the store with my purchase. This cannot be legal

Very kind associates, great sale prices. I didn't intend to buy anything that day, but buy one, get one for 50% off encouraged me to buy 2 pairs of shoes.

I lost the receipt & deleted the email and can’t find either ? but her name was something like Heimyha. (I may have spelled it wrong I am sorry in advance). It was the best customer care I’ve ever had in that store. She helped find sizes and helped me to the register as well it was the best customer service I had in any store that day and I went to a bunch. It was 5/5/2023 yesterday around 12:45 pm. She was super friendly and kind. I was very grateful for the assistance it made shopping easy and enjoyable.
