Our condo building (24 units) experienced a sudden breakdown of two machines. Parts for repair were no longer available for the two old models. When I tell you that Commercial Laundry Equipment Company really delivered, I mean really delivered! Within 24 hours, despite a heavily booked Friday, they managed to make time for our building, and we had two new machines installed! Amazing service for which we are very grateful!

Do not buy any refurbish equipment from this company. I had nothing but problems with the use machines I got from them.They are great for servicing and responding to calls but they do a very poor job at certifying use equipment before selling them.

Commercial laundry equipment came to my house within about 45 minutes. Their technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. They identified the problem immediately and had me up and running within about 15 minutes. It's a real joy to work with companies like this.

Wow! We have been having problems with our dryer for seven years. After numerous amounts of service companies, calls to the manufacturer and research trying to repair the problem NO ONE, NO COMPANY could help! We FINALLY called CLE and the problem got resolved!! Thank You CLE for your commitment to service. You went far and beyond your efforts to fix our dryer problems. Now our drying time is half the time and our laundry issues are resolved! This company was recommended to me by Speed Queen to fix my Dryer. It was the third company I called. Rick was so courteous and helpful. He told me to try flipping the circuit breaker . Such a simple solution solved the problem! None of the other companies suggested anything that would help including Speed Queen. Great customer service.
