This store need close completely. That woman don't really take the time to do nothing "unbelievable". Costumer service is ZERO. They don't try to help or anything. This is my last month in cricket, I'm so tired of them. When you have business you suppose to put customers first. I can not believe that woman. I came to change my Phone, she took the phone in my hand and transfer the Sim card to the new phone and give it back to me. ?

Came to this store to get a new number as I brought my own phone. The lady there told me $90. I couldn’t understand why it was costing me so much as I previously had service with them with that same exact phone. She explained $10 for Sim card $25 for activation and then proceed on telling me that the minimum plan that I could get is the $60 plan. I and after I can get the $30 plan once I make the second monthly payment. I still couldn’t understand why I had to get a $60 plan when I I told her I didn’t need. I made the decision to go ahead and proceed so when I was using my card I asked her to confirm it was $90. Then she change the price and said no $98 and I’ve been asked her why the eight dollars and she says oh my mistake it’s $98 not $90. There was too much uncertainty and I was not OK with paying all that money for basic service as I wasn’t going to do much with the phone it was going to be used as a secondary phone for me to have in case of an emergency, I told her I will be back later that day I’ve been decided to go to another store, that is on Okeechobee near a 95 where I paid a total of $55 plus tax to start the service exactly why she was charging so much. I have no idea but this is how companies or their employees will scam you out of money just so they can turn around and put it in their pocket and you wouldn’t even know it I’m happy I did not use the service with the store, very disappointed that this would happen people like this is why employers refuse to pay employees what they are worth because their own agendas is to steal from customers it’s not right ! Count your days little girl

Went with mom and Aunt to this location instead of Wellington even though it was closer. Wrong choice. The two girls were very rude and very unhelpful. Just kinda pointed at the phones and brushed us off. Pretty aggressive when speaking too. Will probably add them to my ATT plan to avoid this type of service.
