This was the first time renting a storage unit for my husband and I. We went to the Cube Smart on Belvedere, in Royal Palm Beach and spoke with Jacob. We saw a unit advertised on line. Jacob showed us the unit explained the procedure for renting, and about the facility itself. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

The experience was good. If things go how they were suppose to. However upon unpacking my things I’ve noticed that they stole my Bowfkex weights , fish tank sump and reactors. Will be having conversations with upper management

My family and I moved our belongings into CubeSmart during the height of the 2020 COVID19 pandemic and we haven't had a bad experience yet. In fact, we have since added not one, not two, not three, but four separate units over the years. We have since been able to downsize our units down to only three. Anytime we are running behind on rent they have been more than accommodating with us by allowing us to pay a few days, if not a week, late, late fees applicable. The staff is nothing if not the most friendly around. I couldn't recommend this locationany more than I already have. We recently moved from Palm Beach County to Saint Lucie County and have decided to keep our units here because of the professionalism and friendliness of the management and staff. Thank you for always being willing to work us anytime we needed the help or accommodations.

The person named “Karen” who was working on 8/21/25 at 540pm was extremely rude! Hung up on me twice after I called her out for interrupting me while I was asking a question about how to pay my bill without having to pay any additional fees.

My experiences at both the Royal Palm Beach location (1201 N. State Rd 7, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411) and the West Palm Beach location (8970 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411) have been consistently positive. The customer service representatives demonstrated exceptional friendliness and attentiveness to my needs. Unlike some businesses that prioritize sales over understanding customer requirements, this establishment focused on providing solutions. My interactions with Jocob were particularly noteworthy; he offered comprehensive and detailed information with a friendly demeanor.
But prior Jacob I was i contact with a few representatives, all went far and beyond. I am highly satisfied with my choice.
Storage location is very well kept.

My son purchased the unit for me and sent me photos. I'm not scheduled to arrive in Palm Beach County until the 28th of June, and based on the pictures and his response is why I gave
5-Stars. The location is perfect from where I'm going to be staying and after speaking with Karen who initially helped me choose the unit, I'm quite positive the upkeep and cleanliness of the place is a 5-Star! That's extremely important to me! Thank you CubeSmart and also to want to thank Jake who assisted my son yesterday. Updated August 16th.

I went to load up my items in the storage unit for the first time and it was so hot in there. I don't know if their air-conditioned is broken , but it's suppose to be climate controlled. It was 7pm and it was just as hot in there as it was outside. Now I might have to remove all my delicate items. I'm hope they make it cooler in there
