I was giving a unit with someone else’s stuff in I had was to go through the streess to get a representative on 10x atempt call before I get someone to get me a different unit and without apology, then I had was to wait over 2 hours before i get a unit or get it resolved and I was charged extra money from the hual truck that I rented to move my stuff not knowing I would have this disappointment. because I had set a time limit for using the hual truck so I’m very disappointed with the service which cost me extra money for their poor management skills

The female employee that answered the phone at this location(5058 forest hill blvd) didn't want to answer a simple question about their promotions so I didn't even continue with the process.

RAT INFESTED ?? ?I already filed a complaint very disgusted and shocked with finding out there’s a rat infestation in the units. My stuff nor anyone else’s stuff is safe. This needs to be taken care of immediately as well as the front staff is no help!!!

What luck to find this storage lot for my camper ! Lynn & Liz in the office are pleasant and gems, to do business with.
The lot is clean and safe (so far) and Cube Smart seems like a consumer-friendly company, easy to reserve and easy to rent with an exit policy that seems customer considerate.
Only my second month here, but I'm already feeling less stressed about my storage concerns and happy I made this move. !
