It was my mom's birthday and I had the great idea of giving her a golf cart. :) She loved it and is super happy with her gift.
Joseph and Chris were very helpful in finding the perfect golf cart for her. The color, size of the golf cart and were perfect. Was a great experience.

After doing business with them for 2 years on my cart, they completely let me down. Paid over $500 to fix an issue which they called “chasing ghosts”. The issue, which I had to get fixed with another mechanic due to their inability to diagnose and correct. You can reply with whatever excuse you want, but understand it was not my spacers, it was not the brakes, it was a bad rear bearing. Good job guys, way to take my money…
As a 2 year loyal customer, who purchased the cart from your shop, the least you could have offered was to take a look at it again and see if you could correct it. But, all I got was the cold shoulder and lack of customer service.
Replying: The only scam here is you taking my money and not fixing the issue. I said even if it was not covered under warranty I would pay for it, but you failed at every level. It was never about money, and our history shows, it’s about service and customer satisfaction. Something your shop has lost touch of. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

Took a visit here based on the reviews online.We had a great experience from start to finish. They offer a great product of carts that really stood out from the rest we had explored elsewhere. We custom ordered an Icon cart and it arrived in less than two weeks. Chris and Joey made the process easy and understandable. Would recommend them to friends and family or anyone who is in the market for a new golfcart.

Purchased our first golf cart from Custom Cart Connection and I could not be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Being a first time golf cart owner, I had A LOT of questions. Joseph "Joey" pleasantly answered all of the questions. We wanted the cart to be street legal. Custom Cart Connection offers a white glove service for handling the hassle of dealing with the DMW and their paperwork (for a fee, but well worth it). We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would recommend Custom Cart Connection to anyone looking for their own golf cart.

I was in the market fir a golf cart. After visiting several dealers and brands. Did my homework and wanted a Icon LSV. Custom Cart Connection walked me thru the process, help me select a cart added exactly what I wanted. Took car if all the paperwork to get it registered and tags. Three days later delivered to my home with temp tags. Love the my i40 and the service from this dealership!
