I am so grateful for all the hard work and knowledge that you put in to my son Joshua and his therapy. I have met a lot of physical therapist over the course of my sons life, you are by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate therapist he has ever had. We have seen such great improvement and I believe that he will be able to walk independently once again thanks to you. Thank you so much for all that you do for my son. You treat him like a person and you expect him to do what is asked of him although he has autism. And for that priceless…Thankfully Darlene Foster

I did not know this type of relief was possible! Since my teen years as an athlete my knees have been popping when bending and/or straightening and would be significantly inflamed after exercise. It slowed down my ability to be active throughout the years. I could neither sit nor stand for prolonged periods. Dr. Pauline fixed everything in my first session. I am now pleasantly adjusting to life without pressure on my knees and lower back. My posture is better and I’m back to my active self again. I tried everything and everyone else over the years to no avail. Nothing worked until I experienced the care, expertise and attention that I received from Dr. Pauline. I don’t typically write reviews, but I assure you that this is the place you want for physical therapy and wellness.

Cutting Edge is the best place to go to whenever you need some real help she knows how to take care of all your problems with her healing hands. I was having a hard time with my right foot the veins we're so stiff and sometimes swollen but just one treatment from the best Physical therapy Doctor ever Dr. P. My foot is doing so good I can't stop looking and touching my new foot viens are looking good and no more swollening my foot looks and feel so good. Thank You Dr. P you make me feel really happy again.

Dr. Pauline was very knowledgeable and honest with me about what I needed to do to make my quality of life better. She was very thorough in her assessment and provided me with a very good treatment that did not leave me super sore but rather addressed problem areas. She helped me with some necessary exercises and even did follow up to make sure I was doing what was necessary. I would recommend Dr. Pauline for anyone search/need of physiotherapy treatments.

Dr. Pauline saved me from chronic ankle sprain! I sprained my ankle overseas and did not take care of it properly. Upon my return, my ankle still hurt, I thought it would get better on its own. Im so grateful that Dr. Pauline advised me to come in. She gave me just a 15 minute therapy session to break up the swelling, and sent me home with some exercises I could do at home to maintain healing. Since my visit with her, my ankle has healed rapidly, a lot faster than when I though it would heal on its own. Its amazing how much valuable knowledge she has. She was patient and willing to share with me knowledge that I will hold onto for a lifetime.

Amazing expertise! I broke my elbow and was told by my doctor that it would take 4 months to heal. Dr. P worked with me online for 3 weeks and I healed much faster than expected. 100/10

Recently I had a therapy session withDr. Pauline at a church sponsored community event. She took the time to discuss my various skeletal issues and gave me recommendations on how to address them. The session included physical therapy which was very helpful. I am very thankful to God that I met Dr.Pauline and only wish she was located in the DMV area of this country!

I had an amazing experience with Dr . Pauline; I had multiple complaints: my rotator cuff, my risk, and my knee that was injured while i was working out. I thought I would never be able to preform my daily tasks because I am over 50: until i was referred to Cutting Edge Physical where I met Dr. Pauline. Her clinic is extremely clean and pleasant, and her service was excellent! I had one session of dry needles in my knee and it worked miracles: I am scared of needles but when Dr Pauline introduced it to me, she also educated me on the benefits; I tried it: sure it was a bit uncomfortable and after a few day could still feel the discomfort in the affected are but it was worth it: it worked. After a few weeks I was able to start my workout routine, she did a paraffin therapy on my risk, and she worked on my rotator cuff, all areas were treated and I was able to go back to my regular routines. Dr Pauline is the best! This I a true testimonial.

It’s a great pleasure to write this review on Cutting Edge Physical Therapy in West Palm Beach Florida.I had the opportunity to meet Dr Pauline a few weeks ago in her office where l was treated with her new “Dry Needle Technique”.I suffer from what’s called Plantar Fasciitis in my feet and its an unbearable painful pain and its alot of cramps in my legs.Well well well! l got an amazing treatment only one and it’s going on almost 5 weeks and it’s worked and is still working so well. Dr Pauline is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend herI had one session with her that gave me so much relief that it was unbelievable considering I was working with another therapist prior.After months of battling with sciatic pain, I consulted with her and she recommended dry needling.What a game changer ! One session and I was able to return to work, regain mobility with less pain and regain my life backThank you Dr Pauline, you are heaven sent ??Im looking forward to my monthly maintenance visits with you. ?

I must say, I had surgery on my left shoulder , (rotator cuff), well it has been hurting for weeks. We stopped by there to visit the family and Pauline ask me about it. So long story short. She did therapy on my shoulder, and I was good for over a week. Just 1 treatment there. I wish I lived closer, she’s good. Thanks again Dr. Paulline ? ❤️

I was directed to Cutting Edge Physical Therapy for Postpartum Recovery /Pelvic Floor Rehab of a borderline 2nd /3rd degree prolapse. Dr. Pauline is patient, knowledgeable, and well skilled in multiple areas. There was a steady progression in my recovery for which i am thankful. But more than that, she cares about your overall well-being and takes the time needed to make sure she is considering all aspects of your recovery. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Dr. Pauline is a knowledgeable, professional and patient therapist, my first couple of therapy sessions was painful and Dr. Pauline was very patient with me, allowing me to feel cared for. Her office is very clean, well organized and always smelling good, the atmosphere there is very positive. When you step in to her office it’s like you stepped into a luxurious spa. I recommend and approve Cutting Edge Physical Therapy and Wellness.

What an experience! My shoulders were sooo tight and uncomfortable, and my back had knots. Dr. Pauline tried the dry needling method on me this time along with the massaging, and the results were amazing! My muscles went from rocks on my shoulders to play dough. It worked really fast too. Thank you Dr. P!!!

I know I made the right choice, when I decided to go to Dr. Pauline White De Freitas. I wanted a physical therapist who would give me enough time to do exercises, answer questions, provide guidance, and offer manual therapy. In addition, she stretched my muscles, which few physical therapists take the time to do. I have required physical therapy for different problems and recoveries for 30 years. Dr. Pauline was one of my 2 best. She reminded me of my first physical therapist, who was exceptional, and whose patients would take her on trips with them, just to keep them fit. It is a great tribute to Dr. Pauline, that I put her in that class. Additionally Dr. Pauline continued to personalize my program, as I got stronger, making each visit just a little more challenging. Although her practice is called Cutting Edge, I would have called it back to basics because of all the hands on and personal time she provided. I recommend Dr. White De Freitas to anybody looking for a physical therapist.
