Find a different Pharmacy! Horrible service and employees that do not care about anything, just putting in the time. I’ll keep looking for a place that deserves my money and doesn’t put my health at risk.

Honestly after the last couple of times I used this pharmacy I'm having my entire family move our medications to either Walgreens or Publix. I don't have enough time to explain the last 2 visits but tonight was the last straw. I'll wait and see if someone contacts me but I highly doubt that will happen based on my experience. Maybe it's company wide! I have been going to that CVS for over 20 years happily but whatever has changed there needs to be fixed! Thanks and Happy Holiday! Chet

The main store staff .. They are friendly and helpful. They actually attempt and make an effort to resolve problems. The pharmacy staff... Absolutely awful, the lack the ability to process prescriptions in a timely fashion. The lack professionalism on communication. They are just impossible to complete processing Doctor's orders without setting obstacles. I will be transferring my information to another pharmacy.

Terrible customer service and not even doing the bare minimum. They had me waiting for 20+ minutes in the pharmacy drive thru for a prescription. Come to find out they were too lazy in that period of time to call and have my insurance verified and because of that, they were asking me to pay $35+ out of pocket for something that should have been covered by my insurance. Overall a terrible experience. I would drive down the road 3 extra miles for better customer service had I known. Lesson learned.

Honestly this pharmacy has the longest wait time I’ve ever seen. The techs are really nice , but they seem to only have two people working. Your guaranteed to wait a minimum of 20 min rather you go through drive through or walk-in. I’ve waited as long as 45 min for a prescription that was “ready” for pickup

I dropped off 4 prescriptions and explained the details about them. When I picked them up, I was only given 3 back and said they didn't have the 4th medication and wasn't sure where the script was. They filed them under the wrong insurance after I gave them a written explanation on the back of one. I'm glad I took pictures of everything. After trying to get it corrected, they told me I had to call my insurance and have them make the adjustments. They were very rude about the whole ordeal, then I had to call and stop them from auto filling my prescriptions which would of continued charging the wrong insurance.

The Supervisor name González is a terrible customer service I went in the store Tob buy a coke she didn’t greet me welcome to the CPS pharmacy and immediately call her employee and just left me waiting until she walked in cashier González was literally at the cashier. Definitely not a roll model.

I only have come in here a couple of times but tonight in particular it was a very nice experience. The cashier, Angel, greeted me and my boyfriend the moment we walked in. Once we got all we needed and we went to pay he was so polite. He engaged us in conversation and was over all so nice and genuine
