For the Pharmacy department: Great hours of operation and even better customer service! This location has one of the best CVS pharmacies ever :D

ZERO STARSThe pharmacist Jacklyn Hochan is the most rudest and disrespectful woman I've ever came across. I've been using CVS for 20+ YEARS and never had a problem until now. She needs to be fired. So my jaw has a fracture and I was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN. She took my paper script and voided my medication. Before talking to me. That's illegal. She SHOULD HAVE said to me "I don't feel comfortable filling this. You need to take it elsewhere." And I would have gladly. I left without any pain medication and had to go BACK to the EMERGENCY ROOM. I suffer from PTSD type 2, and Panic attacks. Im actively in the Navy. And she triggered it so bad I had to sit in the car until my panic attack was over. Hope she looses her job.

This pharmacy is ok for regular over the counter but for narcotics it's a big fus. The Narcotics i was picking up was on back order so that's not anyones fault but the issue occurred when who ever the lady was at the front told me id be unable to pick up the full prescription " forfeit the rest" as she said. It was for 18 pills and i only received 7 and was told i would need a whole new prescription in order to get the rest of the pills. It's highly upsetting a pharmacist is over riding a Dr order because they don't want to provide the narcotics. Brought my business else where. I've heard of other people having this issue as well.

I was nervous about transferring a prescription after a horrible experience with the pharmacy manager Angela at the Forest Hill location in WPB, who was uninformed, unprofessional and rude. Thankfully I tried the Wellington store on Forrest Hill Blvd, and spoke to Sabrina. Sabrina was professional, well-trained and capable. She even started by apologizing for the long hold and mentioned that a more junior person could have helped me more quickly so I wouldn't have had to wait. Her customer experience focus was excellent. She transferred my prescription quickly, accurately reported her inventory, was knowledgeable about my dosage and confirmed my Single Care information while I was on the call, which Angela at the WPB location assured me could not be done. What a difference. I'm glad that I didn't let one bad apple turn me off; and I was able to find a representative who filled my prescription in a professional manner. All stores are not the same. I highly recommend this one.

Pharmacy indifferent to their own mistakes I needed to fill a prescription for a name-brand medication (not generic), but, worried that they may not have it in stock, I went in person 3 days prior to refill date to ensure this would be possible. I was told yes. But, when I went to pick up, they informed me they did not have the medication and it would arrive via special order in 3-4 days. They found another CVS that DID have the prescription, but failed to cancel the order on their end so the other pharmacy was unable to fill before closing time. They were WILDLY indifferent to my problem, and I did not receive a single apology until I got angry (not to mention, their phone system is incredibly glitchy). This is people's health we're talking about! Missing doses of medication despite trying to do due diligence can be seriously problematic

My doctor sent in prescriptions at 1230 pm yesterday, I called at 530 and was told they were not received. I called my doctor at 8 am and they said they were sent. I called and cvs automatic response said they would be ready at 1030. At 140 I found out only one was ready. At 210 I called and was told they could fill the second one with a lesser quantity. At 230 I arrived and was told it would be at least 15 minutes until it was ready. I just went in at 430 and was told one was ready. This pharmacy has no idea what they are doing and I am moving my business elsewhere moving forward.

Went to the pharmacy around 4:15 to pick up my prescription. There was a line down the aisle. I really needed the prescription so I waited. The line went so quickly. The pharmacy staff is so efficient and friendly. Do not be deterred by the long lines.

I visited this store today and couldnt miss their unconstitutional sign at the front door , telling and lying to the public that masks are law and must be worn. That is a lie. No LAW regarding masks was past. Laws MUST be past in Congress. Manatory is NOT law. Manatory means recommended and thats all. Businesses routinely like to lie to the public, telling people that masks are law. It is a lie and I will report this place. People have free will and a 1.Ammendment Right and can decide for themselves. The sign at CVS needs to be removed at once. I will report this store.

Went to get my flu shot and for the life of me I can't remember the pharmacist name - She was awesome answered all the Q made the needle seem friendly. Four stars because there was one worker who was mean indifferent which I almost walked out. (The stocky older womyn at the register next to the helpful young man) please check you're self! Anyway the pharmacist made up for it. Thank you
