I am 64 years old. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I just switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy so I could go to any CVS when I'm traveling. That has proved to be a huge mistake. It has taken me over 2 weeks to try and get my medication, and I still don't have everything. I give up. Am switching to different pharmacy

The staff that work at this pharmacy are completely rude. The medication's are never ready even after they tell you that your order is ready for pick up. They supposedly take their lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM when I arrived at 1:25 the pharmacist walked over and said you'll have to come back after two and closed the window and walked away. If you don't want to get angry, don't use this pharmacy.

The people working at the pharmacy were completely rude and unprofessional. There is a certain way to talk to customers and being rude and unprofessional is not one of them. Kindness goes a long way.

Horrible location and service. Firs as soon as you park homeless drug addicts jump on you demanding money then as you go inside the rude cashier with zero customers service and knowledge of her job will racially profile you for being white. Not going to this location ever again. And this is happening in WPB???

This pharmacy has no type of customer service... from the technicians to the pharmacist. I accompanied someone to get vaccinated and we came a little early they told us they couldn't take him & that he had to wait for his appointment time.. cool waited for the appointment time it was finally time but then took an extra 15 minutes to attend him. ( Mind you there was nobody there ) So what's THE POINT of all that ? all with an attitude too. When the pharmacist finally came out and started prepping for the vaccine he forgets the actual vaccine syringe ? Like what ?????????? Im so confused.

Sorry but the wait to check out us INTERMINABLE. cashier is very pleasant but takes way too much time with each customer. some of us do not want to be standing with other people in the current environment while the friendly cashier has a personal conversation with the customer. Too bad cause this location is well stocked.

I'm going with a 5 star review because this store was well stocked compared to others during the COVID-19 apocalypse. Not to mention, they were well staffed with plenty of folks stocking shelves, pleasant pharmacy staff and their usual friendly cashier who works the front registers. While I'm blessed to have an adequate supply of paper products, this store had some for others who're trying to secure a few (don't hoard peeps!!). Additionally, they had digital thermometers and these were on sale BOGO 50%. I've searched high and low and haven't been able to score a digital thermometer until this shopping trip. Additionally, their grocery and wine sections were well stocked and they had ample soap in their cleaning products section. If you're in this vicinity, stop in because you may be able to secure some hot items.

Horrible pharmacy and horrible attitudes. They are frequently out of stock and the wait time to get additional stock can be days. This is for common medicines like antibiotics and high blood pressure medicine! Instead I am just instructed to call other pharmacies and get it myself from them. Wait times are atrocious and it takes them at least a day to fill scripts that are in stock. When asked why they just rudely shrug and say they are busy. This branch is horribly mismanaged. I moved to a different branch and everyone is helpful, friendly, and keep proper stock. This place is a ***hole.

The pharmacy here is hit or miss. Melvin is a rude and unprofessional person, who arbitrarily decides to not fill prescriptions, seems like a pretty clear cut god complex of an unhappy man. That being said, I go in there like clockwork every month with the understanding that I may or may not get my prescription. There is an incredibly friendly and perceptive cashier, a young black guy whose name I failed to get, who is the reason I left any stars at all. .

Melvin Pickens is the rudest most obnoxious pharmacist I've ever dealt with. I went in there to fill a percription that I fill there every month. Not only would he not fill it but he yelled at me and said loudly some very personal things that I'm guessing he could and should be fired for. He embarrassed me and yelled at me. I am filing a complaint with CVS and I will NEVER se this pharmacy again.. even though I've been going there for years.

...Absolutely rudest and unaccommodating pharmacist named Melvin Pickens!!!!!! He should be sent to Customer Service Training ASAP!!!!! When I tried to fill a prescription for Percocet (Oxycodone/Acetaminophen5-325 MG tab), he yelled across to the gentleman at the register in a nasty tone...the prescription is illegal, won't fill it! It turns out, that the prescription couldn't be faxed because it is for a drug that is classified as a narcotic. (The registration dept. at the hospital did not realize that they could not fax the prescription in to the drug store nor did we!) I had to ask for the reason why it was an illegal prescription in order to find out that the original paper script was needed. Melvin answered in a terse tone, that it wasn't going to be filled unless I had the original paper copy. I handed over the original paper script @ 2 PM and then he said that he was not filling it until 5 PM in order to spite me since I told him that I could understand why it was illegal if he would have simply stated that. (He arrogantly and quickly replied, if the original copy isn't in my possession, he is not filling it!) He didn't like it that I told him how to communicate so that a customer could understand what needed to be conveyed. Did he really expect that my husband, who had just been discharged from the hospital for emergency surgery prior to another major surgery next week, could wait until 5PM for this pain killer, let alone think that I could leave him unsupervised to return for the prescription? (The hospital personnel at registration faxed the prescription in the first place in order to try to alleviate my husband's suffering from pain!) Additionally, I asked Melvin, as well as the gentleman at the cash register, if the store carried Tegaderm for his wound and they both told me that CVS did not carry it. The pharmacist told me to go to a Mom and Pop store to find it. Meanwhile, my husband found it on his own as I was trying to get the prescription filled in the rear of the store! We will never step into this CVS again, even though it is the closest one to our home! Melvin Pickens is a disgrace to CVS! We had our prescription filled at a nearby Walgreens pharmacy where the pharmacist named, Steven Nester, very efficiently and graciously filled the prescription within 10 minutes!

Asked a pharmacist where the bathroom was, he directed us around the corner. Both doors were locked. Asked again saying both doors were locked, he remembered we needed a key from the front. Walked to the front and the associate informed us that BOTH bathrooms were out of order which really annoyed me. Seems strange they had time to laminate signs saying bathrooms were out of order, why not just get it fixed? The associate we asked to help us find ace bandages sent us to the wrong aisle & was unhelpful. Very negative experience tonight. Gave two stars instead of one because the associate in the front was kind and apologetic about the bathroom situation which was obviously not his fault. Kudos to him for being the saving grace of this place.
