ZERO STARSThe pharmacist Jacklyn Hochan is the most rudest and disrespectful woman I've ever came across. I've been using CVS for 20+ YEARS and never had a problem until now. She needs to be fired. So my jaw has a fracture and I was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN. She took my paper script and voided my medication. Before talking to me. That's illegal. She SHOULD HAVE said to me "I don't feel comfortable filling this. You need to take it elsewhere." And I would have gladly. I left without any pain medication and had to go BACK to the EMERGENCY ROOM. I suffer from PTSD type 2, and Panic attacks. Im actively in the Navy. And she triggered it so bad I had to sit in the car until my panic attack was over. Hope she looses her job.

This pharmacy is ok for regular over the counter but for narcotics it's a big fus. The Narcotics i was picking up was on back order so that's not anyones fault but the issue occurred when who ever the lady was at the front told me id be unable to pick up the full prescription " forfeit the rest" as she said. It was for 18 pills and i only received 7 and was told i would need a whole new prescription in order to get the rest of the pills. It's highly upsetting a pharmacist is over riding a Dr order because they don't want to provide the narcotics. Brought my business else where. I've heard of other people having this issue as well.

I was nervous about transferring a prescription after a horrible experience with the pharmacy manager Angela at the Forest Hill location in WPB, who was uninformed, unprofessional and rude. Thankfully I tried the Wellington store on Forrest Hill Blvd, and spoke to Sabrina. Sabrina was professional, well-trained and capable. She even started by apologizing for the long hold and mentioned that a more junior person could have helped me more quickly so I wouldn't have had to wait. Her customer experience focus was excellent. She transferred my prescription quickly, accurately reported her inventory, was knowledgeable about my dosage and confirmed my Single Care information while I was on the call, which Angela at the WPB location assured me could not be done. What a difference. I'm glad that I didn't let one bad apple turn me off; and I was able to find a representative who filled my prescription in a professional manner. All stores are not the same. I highly recommend this one.

My doctor called in a rx for a glucometer for which I have test strips and the pharmacist changed it to a glucometer that comes with no test strips and did not request a rx for strips for the changed meter. Leaving a diabetic with no way of testing glucose for the entire weekend. Horrible business practice, you could be killing people with choices like this.

Went to the pharmacy around 4:15 to pick up my prescription. There was a line down the aisle. I really needed the prescription so I waited. The line went so quickly. The pharmacy staff is so efficient and friendly. Do not be deterred by the long lines.

Went to get my flu shot and for the life of me I can't remember the pharmacist name - She was awesome answered all the Q made the needle seem friendly. Four stars because there was one worker who was mean indifferent which I almost walked out. (The stocky older womyn at the register next to the helpful young man) please check you're self! Anyway the pharmacist made up for it. Thank you

This place needs a Customer Service retraining session for their employees ASAP! I've been here on several occasions to either pick up a prescription or toiletries and there always seems to be a problem. Recently I had my daughter return a few items I bought and she forgot the receipt at home.... they treated her like she was a criminal and was in possession of stolen property... smh! Normally, store policy would be to issue a store credit or exchange but they belittled her and tried to embarrass her. They ultimately gave her store credit and she was able to use it to purchase other items but not before being ridiculed in front of other customers. I was so annoyed that I returned to the store with the original receipt to make a point... I shouldn't have had to do that! They need to treat customers in a respectful manner. The last they were giving a senior citizen a hard time, giving him the run around ... not helpful at all. So shameful! Very poor treatment of customers!
