This is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I arrived New Years Day at 4:55 pm and the rude manager refused to fill my prescription for amoxicillin and cough medicine. He said they were closing early at 5 pm. I said it wasn’t 5 pm yet and he told me to drive 30 minutes out to another location. This all occurred after cashier pretended not to understand my prescription.Not to mention, I came here two years ago and the same rude employee told me my ivermectin prescription for COVID-19 was on back order, offering me no information for another pharmacy where I could find it.When you go to a pharmacy, it’s because you are sick and need medicine. Don’t refuse service within business hours. Do better.

I regularly use this pharmacy to pick up my medicine and shop conveniently. I changed the store, in a good way since the new manager took over, I feel more at ease the new staff are more helpful and the store is cleaner.I think the store has more potential, given its location. With better incentives, I am sure the employees will go above and beyond which intern will attract customers and keep customers regular.

The pharmacist was very rude , he’s always rude , hangs up and denies patients their medication, I wouldn’t dare trust any with a nasty attitude like that over anything . If you hate your job find another one . It’s simple

Awful location. Went in to return an item that broke two days after i bought it. Showed my electronic receipt and they didn’t know how to scan it and so lazy Albert says “man that’s a long time to return something”…as if lazy Albert’s opinion of me just moving here and not returning it the minute it broke knowing I had 2 months to bring it to a location would somehow prove I should not get a refund or make up for the fact he was too dumb to figure it out. I said “I don’t care about your opinion when it says right here I have until December 7th to return it so I could actually wait another two weeks if I feel like it “ lazy Albert. Get an education. Is this an assistant manager? He rudely told me “man you gotta see the manager. And he ain’t in”. Your cvs is garbage. Hire some normal people

Exceptional Customer Shopping experience I was able to add coupons to my extra rewards cards and print them out the associate knew exactly where the item was and quickly responded.

When updating my application, I go in person to talk to the manager to see if I can schedule an interview. Dude talking about did you do online application and I’d did everything before coming back to the store to ask for a interview. Til this day, dude don’t care unless your a female.

I am 64 years old. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I just switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy so I could go to any CVS when I'm traveling. That has proved to be a huge mistake. It has taken me over 2 weeks to try and get my medication, and I still don't have everything. I give up. Am switching to different pharmacy

This pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. Their customer service is horrible and their employees are rude. On multiple occasions, The medication’s weren’t ready even after calling in and them stating that they are ready. I recently showed up for medication’s and when I walked in the pharmacist said I’m gonna need you to come back after 2 o’clock. We’re on break from 1:30 to 2:00 .I showed up at 1:25. I let him know what time it was, and he literally closed the window on me and walked away.

The staff that work at this pharmacy are completely rude. The medication's are never ready even after they tell you that your order is ready for pick up. They supposedly take their lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM when I arrived at 1:25 the pharmacist walked over and said you'll have to come back after two and closed the window and walked away. If you don't want to get angry, don't use this pharmacy.

The local Walgreen’s’s I used for my prescriptions , and misc shopping closed, probably due to the location. My doctor sent in a pain med yo this CVS, bring I choose because of its location to my home.The pharmacy called and said they don’t fill pain medications there. If your a pharmacy, then you should provide prescriptions. The person wouldn’t give another ocation to call .Maybe y’all should close up like Walgreens did

1760 palm beach lakes Blvd, WPB Fl has employees the rudest staff along with the manager. Upon checking out I nicely told the sales clerk (very cold and rude) that on the shelf another price was displayed. Reply, I can't deal with this and gave to the manager who yelled I'm busy. The founder and investors would just shake their head due to the awful customer service. I walked out did not purchase and will never go back to that store. One star was generous since I had to select a star to post.
