I’m here trying to purchase UTI test kit for my elderly mother and the employees at this store are absolutely awful. From pharmacy being dismissive to cashier being so rude. Acting like me the customer is ruining their day! It’s 0800 and no one else is here.

The checkout machine hung up and there was no one available to help me. The machine also did not accept my $10 Extrapass coupon.

My shopping experience was very smooth I was able to locate things I havnt in other locations and stores. I did notice items when knowing the name and size it’s still difficult to locate within the store making me look at more items then i would like. I saw this long line that was there for a while so I skipped to the self checkout and a employee even came by to assist. It was a great experience for this location 5 stars

Worst Customer service ever. Terrible attitudes. Completely dismissive and disrespectful. Find any other CVS it will be worth the drive not to visit this location.

Horrible management that is unhelpful but also nasty, rude, lazy & irresponsible for management. Older female manager sits on her phone with her back turned to the line while young girl handles a cashier line bending around the isles by herself. Disrespectful and poor reflection of business.

Y'all literally suck. In the line for 1 hour and it's only 1 car in front of me. You mean to tell me it takes 1 hour to take care of 1 customer in front of me. My daughter is sick at home. Needing her medicine this is unbelievable how you have patients waiting for a long period of time.

Do not have your prescription sent here under any means. An employee with a honey blonde bun, misread my prescriptio and inputted it under another name. luckily, the front desk employee Nancy and I spotted the error. Can you believe that instead of empathy for the patient who is in sever pain, who now has waited pati for an additional 15, the employee with the blonde hun had the audacity to be hostile toward me. I am completely blown away, Accidents happen and I was understandin, but to have no remorse for her medication error, and no apology and hostility is utterly disgusting. I was in a very fragile state, and can't believe how I was treated when I'd done nothing wrong. Don't do it. She even had the nerve to do this in front of her manager who didn't correct her for her hostility in the moment. Stay away.

The blond tall woman in the pharmacy is a complete condescending brat! Not only was she annoyed at the simple fact that I was trying to refill my prescription with my coupon as I normally do, she acted as if she had not just helped me 5 minutes ago when I came back to try a different coupon. As I was providing her with the numbers she needed she annoying interrupts and with a stale face tells me "that's not the ID number!" At this point I let her know she needed to check herself because I don't take disrespect lightly. She insisted until I asked to speak to someone else and she then gave me a b.s apology. I can only imagine how she treats the elderly patients who need compassion and patience. Calling corporate b.c it's clear she lacks customer service skills and needs further training.Update: I called the manufacturer and was advised that CVS ran my coupon on 8/18 and its the reason why it was not going through today on 8/23. ? CVS was at fault due to incompetency. Called the pharmacy and had to explain to them what they did wrong and how to fix it. Basically doing their damn job!!! This could have all been resolved at the store, but no little miss impatient who lacks empathy and people skills could not be bothered. A phone call to the manufacturer cleared up the issue right away. Still filing a complaint. I am extremely knowledgeable and a problem solver and in pretty good health so I can only imagine how many ppl have had to over pay or not get their prescriptions filled due to their lack of patience, leadership, and problem solving skills.

Cashier Arthur was very rude at the CVS on military trial and Okeechobee not friendly he didn’t greet us when we walked not helpful at all will not shop at this store again!
