As a consumers we should spend money where we feel valued. This is not the place. My mom was visiting for the holidays and her free style sensor needed to be replaced. I asked if the had any freestyle sensors and the cashier advised that it is a perception item. Since I did not have a prescription she offered the test strips. I was not sure if it was a viable option so I asked, very clearly, if I purchase it and I get home and it is not the right item can I return it. the cashier replied, “Yes it’s not a prescription as long as you have your receipt.” So I purchased the strips.I went home, and of course, my Mom said it was the wrong item. I took it back, with the receipt and another cashier rudely said, “we can’t take back prescriptions.” I said, “This is not a prescription.” She said sorry you can come back and speak to the Manager on Wednesday.I went back on Wednesday and I told the cashier I wanted to return this. She said okay and tried to do it and then had to get assistance. The pharmacist told her to move me to the consultation window and she will speak to me.The pharmacist explained, we don’t take back prescriptions. I again said, “This is not a prescription item.” She kept saying she was sorry. I told her that the cashier I bought it from told me that I could return it. If not I would have come back after speaking to my mom. She asked who was the cashier and I described the cashier and told her that the day I purchased the strips she was called out of the pharmacy by police for some reason. She said I know who that is and she walked over to her and came back with another sorry we don’t take back prescription. Ugh! I did not need a prescription to purchase this.I also told her this was my 3rd time here and I was told to come back and speak to the Manager. She claimed she was the manager. I don’t believe that. And if she is the Manager no wonder the staff is providing the transactional rude service they do. Employees follow the level of service leaders provide and tolerate. They were all rude unfriendly and transactional. Not someplace I will ever recommend to a friend. Not only to me, I watched the interaction, and service, that was provided to everyone before me as I waited in line the 3 time I’ve visited this pharmacy.Worst customer service I’ve had in years. I will never be back.If you are reading this and want tips on improving , pull anyone for store #4188. They know how to be customer focused and wear a smile.I will travel the extra miles for professionalism and never visit the unprofessional store #17053

Made a vaccine appointment, called to confirm appointment, yet when we showed up the vaccine wasn’t available. Why we had to come in and wait ten minutes to be turned away is beyond me. Obviously the entire staff is incompetent.

The worst service in pharmacies I have ever had, first the lady was upset because my boyfriend doesn’t speak English, 100% discrimination, second she made two transactions and I told her that I did not see in my chase application that she had returned one, when I got home she called from the pharmacy and she told me that the transaction could not be made and that they would give me a gift card, wowwwwww, I don't want a gift card, I want my money back to my credit card, terrible customer service!!!!

I've been going here for a few years now. The staff are helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. The manager is stellar. I've moved further away from this location but it's well worth the drive! Excellent pharmacy and staff!

I stick with them. They aren’t perfect but they always do their best to help and my rx is usually filled as I shop or I call and make sure it’s ready before I come.

CVS needs to hire either more pharmacists or a nurse to handle the Covid tests. They have had plenty of time doing these tests to figure this out. They are so backed up it takes over 24 hrs to fill a prescription and 20 minutes or more in line waiting for the pharmacist to give instructions for doing the covid test, waiting for them to do the covid test, and instructing them on how to put it in a lab box. Customers waiting to drop off or pick up prescriptions shouldn't have to keep on waiting for medical procedures to be done done, they should be able to get their prescriptions with ease.
