Nilda was so rude. I needed help checking out and she couldn’t even answer my question just walked away and then scanned my items and was very rude. Def will not be coming to this cvs anymore. Horrible customer service.

Best CVS pharmacy! Honestly! I travel for work so over the years I’ve had to work with many CVS pharmacies. I’ve lived in multiple states and once again this is the best pharmacy.. They are always helpful understand, accommodating, and if they really can’t help you out, they help figure out who can.. I’m thankful this is my main pharmacy. Shout out to the staff!

I'm extremely disappointed with the declining personal touch at CVS pharmacy. Today, I encountered a young lady, seemingly Hispanic with brown short hair, at the window. She was incredibly rude to the person ahead of me and seemed visibly aggravated. Unfortunately, her attitude remained unchanged when she served me. Despite providing my son's medical card, she insisted he wasn't covered by insurance, which turned out to be false upon confirmation with the insurance company. She did not have the right information in order to verify the insurance. I had to go to another CVS in Palm Beach Gardens to get the prescription filled hassle-free. It's disheartening to see such a drop in service quality at a once-favorite store. CVS really needs to prioritize hiring staff who care.

When there for passport pictures, twice. lazy cashier said on my first visit that my light grey shirt does not work for passport pictures, few days latter I go back with a dark grey shirt, and tells me the same thing. I decided to go to the next CVS and both shirts were ok for passport pictures.

Stopped in this CVS today, had an issue adding my care card to my purchase (for the second time) so figured I should get it resolved. My phone # was not pulling up my account after 5 attempts so I asked a super friendly employee if she could assist. She tried several methods, including looking up my phone # again. She very clearly to me seemed new but eager to help which I appreciated. She reached out to her manager on duty to request additional assistance since at this point I’d been trying to check out for over 5 minutes with no luck. The response from management was “look up your account with your phone #” and he walked away without further assistance.I felt incredibly sorry for this girl that she’s left to the devices of an ultimately useless manager that neither addresses customer concerns nor cares to assist his employees when needed.My 1 star is based on the sad excuse for management and not a reflection of the customer service or pharmacy staff.Ps- ended up checking out without my care promo, which was the entire reason I went to CVS rather than a competitor to begin with.

The pharmacy personnel are very rude and not helpful at all. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. I give them -0 on service and professionalism.
