Stopped in this CVS today, had an issue adding my care card to my purchase (for the second time) so figured I should get it resolved. My phone # was not pulling up my account after 5 attempts so I asked a super friendly employee if she could assist. She tried several methods, including looking up my phone # again. She very clearly to me seemed new but eager to help which I appreciated. She reached out to her manager on duty to request additional assistance since at this point I’d been trying to check out for over 5 minutes with no luck. The response from management was “look up your account with your phone #” and he walked away without further assistance.I felt incredibly sorry for this girl that she’s left to the devices of an ultimately useless manager that neither addresses customer concerns nor cares to assist his employees when needed. My 1 star is based on the sad excuse for management and not a reflection of the customer service or pharmacy staff.Ps- ended up checking out without my care promo, which was the entire reason I went to CVS rather than a competitor to begin with.

The pharmacy personnel are very rude and not helpful at all. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. I give them -0 on service and professionalism.

Here’s an idea; let’s open a drug store at one of the busiest intersections in Palm Besch County and have only one person work both the drive through and the counter at the same time. What could go wrong? One Star is all they deserve, but the Second Star is because I feel bad for the employee.

The young man working the front counter greeted me and immediately asked if he could help me locate something. He was very engaging, warm and friendly. A breath of fresh air.

The attention of the pharmacy that is inside the store is TERRIBLE. I went to get a medicine for my daughter and the lady who served me is racist, she didn't help me because she didn't speak English well ?♀️? she treated me the worst

Today I had quite the adventure at CVS. I went with a friend and we had a list things to purchase. While we were looking for bandages, Qtips, alcohol and you name it, We had no trouble putting all the things together as a team.

Worst customer service. Also don’t ask anyone to help you checkout. I constantly forget my glasses so self checkout not happening. Had one employee get in a huff because I asked for help. It’s back to Amazon. They don’t get disgusted when asking for help. Plus it’s cheaper.

While the CVS store is ok, their pharmacy is AWFUL!! There was a great team before the pandemic, but most of them are now gone. The new people don't care, give you horrible attitude and are very slow to respond. The drive-thru service is the worst. Bring a movie to watch while you're made to wait, upwards of up to 30 minutes. Those lines are always long and the attendants are full of attitude and have no problem ignoring you while you're waiting and they're inside chatting with their coworkers. One of them had me repeat my information out loud 3 times, and when I increased the volume of my voice so she could hear me better (it was clear she was either being passive-agressive-mean, or had a hard time hearing me), she said something about the volume off my voice and hung up on me. A minute later she picked up the phone again, since I did not leave. When she finally looked up my medication (which CVS SMS had notified it was ready for pick up), her words were "we have nothing for you here." How unprofessional. Instead of offering to call my doctor for a refill, it was me who had to suggest it. A week later, when I went back, my medication was still not ready. When it was finally me who called my doctor, they told me it's not the first time they hear complaints about this pharmacy. I am switching pharmacies. I'm done with this unprofessional staff with attitude and a terrible demeanor. Does CVS actually train these new people on how to treat costumers? It's clear that either these people skipped training or slept thru it. But if you want to save your time and save yourself aggravation, go to another pharmacy. There's a Walgreens right across the street. And if it has to be another CVS, there are other locations with actual professionals who don't treat you like the amateurs in this location.
